| THE FINAL INSPECTION IN SECTION 110.3. |

| 7. GEOTECHNICAL REPORT BY ALLTERRA PROVIDES TWO |
| FOUNDATION ALTERNATIVES. PLANS SPECIFY DEEP FOUNDATION |
| ALTERNATIVE SHALL BE USED. PROVIDE CERTIFICATION LETTER |
| FROM ALLTERRA UPON COMPLETION OF DEEP FOUNDATION. |
