 RECORDS APPEAR TO SHOW THE HISTORY OF THIS STRUCTURE AS
 CONSTRUCTED AS A RESTAURANT WITH CONTINUED USE AS A
 RESTAURANT. EITHER REVISE TO REMOVE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 DESIGNATION, OR CLARIFY BY INCLUDING EXISTING OCCUPANCY
 AND SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC EB
 CHAPTER 10 AS APPLICABLE.
  
 3. THIS APPEARS TO INCLUDE AN ADDITION; REVISE TO
 INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION, FBC EB CHAPTER 11. AN
 ACCURATE PLAN REVIEW WITH CORRECT CODE REFERENCES
 CANNOT BE DONE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE, A GENERAL PLAN
 REVIEW WILL BE PERFORMED.
  
 4. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SURVEY FOR THIS PROPERTY, FBC
 107, FBC B TABLE 602, TABLE 705.8.
  
 5. FBC B 1008.2, 1008.1.10, OCCUPANT LOAD THAT THE GATE
 SERVES IS NOT CLEAR. EXIT STRATEGY NOT CLEAR. IT
 APPEARS THAT TWO EXITS ARE REQUIRED, BUT THE REAR EXIT
 DOOR APPEARS TO ROUTE THE OCCUPANT TO THE FRONT EXIT.
  
 REVISE PLAN TO SHOW THE TWO EXITS REQUIRED, CONTINUOUS
 TO THE PUBLIC WAY. IF THE PLAN IS NOT REVISED TO
 INCLUDE THE PATIO GATE AS HAVING PANIC BARS AND
 UTILIZED AS THE SECOND EXIT, SEND THE PROPOSED LIFE
 SAFETY PLAN VIA EMAIL FOR PRELIMINARY REVIEW.
  
 6. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT FOR THIS JOB, FBC
 109. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE COST BREAKDOWN FOR THIS JOB.
 VALUE IS TO INCLUDE LABOR, MATERIALS, OVERHEAD, PROFIT,
 DESIGN FEES, EVEN IF PROVIDED BY OTHERS. VALUE APPEARS
 TOO LOW.
  
 7. FBC A 220.1.1, IT APPEARS THAT INTENT IS THAT
 VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITY WILL NOT BE PROVIDED TO THE
 MEZZANINE. REVISE PLAN TO CLARIFY UNDER WHICH EXEMPTION
 THIS FALLS. REVISE PLAN TO CLARIFY THAT THE PROPOSED
 SPACE MEETS ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF SELECTED
 EXEMPTION(S).
  
 8. NO EXIT SIGNS ARE SHOWN IN THE PATIO; REVISE TO ADD,
 FBC 1011.1.
