 THE SOILS REPORT WAS PROVIDED FOR THE FOUNDATION PERMIT
 APPLICATION (17010911). AFTER THE FOUNDATION PERMIT IS
 ISSUED, THE SOILS WILL BE PUBLIC RECORD AND IS NOT
 NEEDED FOR THIS PERMIT. IF YOU RESUBMIT PRIOR TO
