 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS AND GATES SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 404.2.4. MANEUVERING CLEARANCES SHALL EXTEND THE
 FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY AND THE REQUIRED LATCH SIDE
 OR HINGE SIDE CLEARANCE. FIGURE 404.2.4.1(A).

 FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY AND THE REQUIRED LATCH SIDE
 OR HINGE SIDE CLEARANCE. FIGURE 404.2.4.1(A). WHILE THE
 DOOR IS CONTRAVERSIAL AS TO LANDLORD OR TENANT
 RESPONSIBILITY THE VIOLATION IS ON THE TENANT SIDE AND
 CAN BE MADE CODE COMPLIANT WITH AN ELECTRIC PUSH BUTTON
 AND DOOR ACTUATOR.

 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE DECLARED VALUE
 OF THE PERMIT TO BE $500,000.00 IN VALUE. THE
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE ALLOW UP TO 20% OF THE VALUE OF THE
 PERMIT BEFORE DISPROPORTIONATE COST ARE MET. 202.4.2
 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF DISPROPORTIONALITY.
 PLEASE ITEMIZE WHERE THESE FUNDS ARE SPENT AND THE
 ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE SPENT TO ACHIEVE CODE
 COMPLIANCE OR DISPROPORTIONALITY. 2014 FBC-ACCESS. CODE
 202.4.2 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF
