 INSPECTIONS TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. CONTRACTOR TO
 ADVICE IF PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT HIS TIME.
 CONTRACTOR TO BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR
 IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT BEFORE ISSUING PERMIT.
  
 1- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.002(33) FOR:
 A) WINDOW MULLIONS. NOA 14-1105.01 SUBMITTED EXPIRED ON
 MAY 26, 2016. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT NOA. AND, SPECIFY
 MULLION SIZE.
  
 B) EXTERIOR SWING DOORS. PROVIDE FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL COVER PAGE THAT CORRESPONDS TO JELD WEN
 DRAWING NO S-2104 SUBMITTED.
  
 2- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO APPROVE ABOVE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS AND PALM BEACH COUNTY
 PROPERTY APPRAISER THE PROPOSED UTILITY ROOM WAS A
 PORCH. AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) FOR IMPACT FEES
 ASSESSMENT. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF
 PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
