 1) REPEAT COMMENT: PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT THIS USE OF THIS
 SPACE WILL BE. THERE ARE TREATMENT ROOMS LISTED ON THE
 PLANS. MEDICAL OFFICE IS NOT PERMITTED AS THE SOUTH
 TOWER COMMERCIAL SPACES ARE ESTABLISHED FOR RETAIL. A
 CHANGE OF USE FROM RETAIL TO MEDICAL OFFICE REQUIRES
 THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
 AND MAY REQUIRE AN INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED
 PARKING SPACES. PLEASE NOTE THAT A SALON/SPA (NO
 MEDICAL TREATMENTS) IS CLASSIFIED AS RETAIL WITHIN THE
 CITYPLACE DEVELOPMENT AND WOULD NOT BE A CHANGE OF USE
 FOR THE GROUND FLOOR SPACE. IN A PHONE DISCUSSION WITH
 THE APPLICANT, THIS WAS SAID TO BE A SPA NOT MEDICAL.
 THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY INDICATED ON THE PLANS, TO
 INCLUDE THE CHARTS CALLING OUT "TREATMENT" ROOMS.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: COMMERCIAL BAY CU-1 WAS APPROVED AS
 A 1,903 SQUARE FOOT GROUND FLOOR RETAIL BAY. THE
 MEZZANINE SPACE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RETAIL
 CALCULATION FOR REQUIRED PARKING. IT MAY ONLY BE USED
 FOR STORAGE. A CHANGE IN USE FROM STORAGE TO ANOTHER
 USE REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT AND MAY REQUIRE AN INCREASE IN
 THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARKING SPACES. THE PARKING FOR
 THE COMMERCIAL SPACES WAS APPROVED AT ONE PARKING SPACE
 PER 250 SQUARE FEET. CHANGING THIS AREA TO RETAIL
 REQUIRES 1.316 ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PLANS SHOW THE EXPANSION OF THE
 MEZZANINE AREAS. THE ADDITIONAL 299 SQUARE FEET
 REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT AND DOES REQUIRE AN INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF
 REQUIRED PARKING SPACES DEPENDING ON WHAT THE USE IS
 CLASSIFIED AS. THE ADDITION OF THIS AREA AS RETAIL
 REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL 1.196 PARKING SPACES. TOTAL
 PARKING SPACES FOR ALL OF THE PROPOSED SQUARE FOOTAGE
 (IF RETAIL) IS 2.512 ROUNDED TO 3 ADDITIONAL REQUIRED
 PARKING SPACES.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: THE BUILDING PLANS ON RECORD WITH
 THE CITY DO NOT SHOW A DOOR FROM THE HALLWAY TO THE
 MEZZANINE. THIS NEEDS TO BE SHOWN AS NEW CONSTRUCTION
 ON THE PLANS.
