 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE

 1.) THE PLAT FOR FLAGLER PROMENADE REPLAT NO. 1 HAS YET
 TO BE RECORDED IN THE RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 UNTIL THE PLAT IS RECORDED, THE GARAGE ADDITION CANNOT
 BE ADDED IN THE LOCATION WHERE SPECIFIED IN THE
 PROPOSED SITE PLAN. (REFERENCE: RESOLUTION NO. 379-16)
  
 2.) A SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE
 REQUIRED AFTER THE PLAT HAS BEEN RECORDED.
  
 3.) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(B)(1) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), THE TOTAL FLOOR
 AREA OF ALL ROOFED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON A PROPERTY
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 1,000 SQ. FT. ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON
 THE PROPERTY INCLUDE THE PROPOSED GARAGE ADDITION
 (997.5 SQ. FT. PROPOSED) AND THE EXISTING COVERED
 PATIO/CABANA (HOW BIG IS IT IN SQ. FT.?).
  
 4.) SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE
 PROPOSED NEW DRIVEWAY EXTENSION SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MINIMUM SETBACK
 FROM THE DRIVEWAY TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE IS 5 FT.
 AND 3 FT. FROM THE SIDE AND REAR PROPERTY LINE. [ZLDR

 5.) SHOW SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE PROPOSED PATIO TO
 THE REAR PROPERTY LINE; A MINIMUM OF 2 FT. IS REQUIRED.
