 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE PROPOSED DETACHED GARAGE IS LOCATED IN A SPECIAL
 FLOOD HAZARD AREA (SFHA) ( A5 ) WITH A BASE FLOOD
 ELEVATION OF 7' NGVD. THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH HAS A
 REQUIRED 1' FREEBOARD. THEREFORE THE GARAGE IS REQUIRED
 TO HAVE THE LOWEST FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION AT 8' NGVD.
 ALTERNATELY, THE GARAGE CAN BE BELOW THE BFE IF IT IS
 USED SOLELY FOR PARKING OF VEHICLES OR STORAGE AND
 DESIGNED WITH FLOOD OPENINGS. ALL EQUIPMENT AND
 MATERIALS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO FLOOD DAMAGE IS REQUIRED
 TO BE AT OR ABOVE THE 8' NGVD ELEVATION. PROVIDE
 DRAWINGS THAT DETAIL HOW THIS WILL BE ADDRESSED.

 IS NOT TWO STORY, IT IS ONE STORY. THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT
 IS NOT 23 FEET, THE EAVE HEIGHT IS NOT 20 FEET AND THE
 RIDGE HEIGHT IS NOT 26 FEET. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC-R

 8) UPDATE THE MASONRY STANDARDS THAT ARE REFERENCED ON
 SHEET S.01. ACI 318 - 11 AND ACI 530 - 11 ARE THE
 EDITIONS REFERENCED IN THE 2014 FBC-R CHAPTER 46.
  
 9) PROVIDE A BUCK DETAIL FOR THE OUTSWING SIDE HINGED
 GARAGE DOOR. FBC-R612.7.2.1
  
 10) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE ALUMINUM PERGOLA
 THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE FRONT OF THE GARAGE. FBC

 11) PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS AND
 LISTING INFORMATION FOR THE MOTORIZED STORAGE LIFT.
 SPECIFY WHERE IT WILL BE LOCATED, WHAT IT'S LOAD
 LIMITATIONS ARE AND SHOW THAT THE TRUSSES OR OTHER
 STRUCTURAL MEMBERS TO WHICH IT WILL BE ATTACHED ARE
 CAPABLE OF SAFELY SUPPORTING THE LOADS. FBC 107.2.1 &

 13) IT APPEARS FROM THE WALL SECTIONS ON THE PLANS THAT
 THIS BUILDING IS DESIGNED TO HAVE AN UN-VENTED ATTIC
 WHICH WOULD NOT REQUIRE ATTIC VENTS IN THE SOFFITS.

 14) NOTE PS-5 ON SHEET S.01 SPECIFIES THE SOFFIT
 SHEATHING TO BE 5/8" PLYWOOD AND THE DETAILS ON THE
 SECTIONS ON A.03 SHOW WIRE LATH AND STUCCO. PLEASE

 15) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PRODUCT EVALUATIONS WITH
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SPRAY FOAM INSULATION
 THAT WILL BE INSTALLED. FBC-R316
  
 16) SPECIFY THE METHOD OF ATTACHMENT (TYPE AND NUMBER
 OF FASTENERS) THAT WILL BE USED TO INSTALL THE CONCRETE
 ROOF TILE AND SHOW THAT IT WILL MEET WINDLOAD
 REQUIREMENTS. IF AN ADHESIVE WILL BE USED, THEN SUBMIT
 TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ADHESIVE.
