 1- PLANS SUBMITTED WERE REVISED. OWES $217.00 FOR
 REVISION FEES.
 NOTE: REVISION FEES APPLY EVERYTIME PLANS ARE REVISED
 TO ADDRESS COMMENTS.
  
 2- ORIGINAL APPROVED PLANS WERE SIGNED AND SEALED BY
 THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER ERIC F. TRILLAS. THIS IS THE
 ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT. PLANS NEED THE
 SEAL, SIGNATURE AND TITLE BLOCK OF THE ENGINEER OF
 RECORD AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 3- NONE OF THE REVISED WINDOWS ON BEDROOM #2 COMPLY
 WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. APPROVED PLANS SPECIFIED BEDROOM
 WINDOW "P" AS 38" X 63" SINGLE HUNG WINDOW. PLANS WERE
 APPROVED BECAUSE THIS WINDOW WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT MET
 THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS. REVISED PLANS DON'T SHOW ANY
 WINDOW THAT MEETS THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS FOR BEDROOM
 #2. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH SEC. R310
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: ORIGINALLY THIS ROOM WAS A "DEN ROOM" AND THE
 ENTRY DOOR WAS LOCATED IN THIS ROOM. ENTRY DOOR WAS
 RELOCATED, THEREFORE THE NEW BEDROOM NEEDS TO COMPLY
 WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS.
  
 4- SHEET S3: ALL THE WINDOWS AND DOORS THAT ARE LOCATED
 WITHIN 4'-0" FROM THE CORNERS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE IN
 THE END ZONE. SOME WINDOWS ARE INCORRECTLY MARKED AS
 "A" FOR INTERIOR ZONE. REVISE INFORMATION ON EXTERIOR
 ELEVATIONS TO IDENTIFY ALL THE WINDOWS AND DOORS THAT
 ARE IN THE END ZONE. FIGURE R301.2(7) FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- BUILDING REVIEW WAS APPROVED ON 04/07/16 WITH THE
 FOLLOWING PROVISO:
 BUILDING REVIEW APPROVED WITH PROVISO:
 1- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) FOR WINDOWS,
 WINDOW MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR.
  
 ONLY THE SINGLE HUNG PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED UP
 TO THIS TIME. NEED PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) FOR THE
 WINDOW MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR.
  
 6- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS,
 INCLUDING SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
