 TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AS A BUILDING TYPE I-A REQUIRING 1
 1/2 HOUR FIRE RATING, THE SHEET S-1 INDICATES THE
 BUILDING IS FIRE SPRINKLERED, UNPROTECTED BOTH IA AND
 IB HAVE FIRE PROTECTED ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS. UNDER THE
 HEADING OF CONSTRUCTION LISTED: 1 STORY CBS WITH METAL
 JOIST TYPE IIB NOT REQUIRING ANY FIRE PROTECTION ON THE
 ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS OR SECONDARY MEMBERS. PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AND CORRECT THE PLANS
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2)SHEET S1 THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THIS TENANT SPACE IS
 980 SQ. FT. THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS LABELED BUSINESS.
 WITHIN THE TENANT SPACE THERE ARE (2) ROOMS LABELED
 CLASSROOMS, WITHIN THESE ROOMS THE OCCUPANT LOAD TAKEN
 SHOULD BE 15 SQ. FT./ OCCUPANT THIS WILL INCREASE THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE OFFICE AND TEACHING PORTIONS OF

 THESE NEW WALLS FURTHER SEPARATING THE BUILDING INTO
 SMALLER BUT MORE BUILDINGS? PARTY WALLS ARE FIRE WALLS.
 706.1.1 PARTY WALLS. ANY WALL LOCATED ON A LOT LINE
 BETWEEN ADJACENT BUILDINGS, WHICH IS USED OR ADAPTED
 FOR JOINT SERVICE BETWEEN THE TWO BUILDINGS, SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED AS A FIRE WALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 706. PARTY WALLS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED WITHOUT OPENINGS
 AND SHALL CREATE SEPARATE BUILDINGS.
 THESE WALLS WILL NEED TO BE PERMITTED AND COMPLETED
 BEFORE THE TENANT PERMITS CAN BE PERMITTED AND
 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION CAN OCCUR.
  
 4) SHEET S3 IS THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN, PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOULD HAVE ALL OF THE FURNITURE SHOWN
 ON THE PLANS. 107.3.5.1.1. MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA
 FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING PLAN REVIEW,
 BUILDING.
  
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
