 OF THE PROPOSED WORK TO BE COMPLETED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES WORK IS TO OCCUR IN
 UNITS 106 & 107, WHEREAS THE PLANS STATE WORK IS TO BE
 COMPLETED IN UNITS 105& 106? PLEASE CORRECT BEFORE THE
 NEXT SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.

 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.

 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION OF PROPOSED WORK.
  
 2A) SHEET S-1 DISCREPANCY IN PLANS. 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED. 2014 FBC-B TABLE 603
 RATINGS ON THE ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS. THE SHEET S-1
 INDICATES THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AS A BUILDING TYPE
 I-A REQUIRING 1 1/2 HOUR FIRE RATING, THE SHEET S-1
 INDICATES THE BUILDING IS FIRE SPRINKLERED, UNPROTECTED
 BOTH IA AND IB HAVE FIRE PROTECTED ROOF FRAMING
 MEMBERS. UNDER THE HEADING OF CONSTRUCTION LISTED: 1
 STORY CBS WITH METAL JOIST TYPE IIB NOT REQUIRING ANY
 FIRE PROTECTION ON THE ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS OR
 SECONDARY MEMBERS. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE TYPE OF
 CONSTRUCTION AND CORRECT THE PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2B) SHEET S2 ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE SHEET IS A NOTE;
 NEW ONE HOUR PARTY WALLS (BY OTHERS). ARE THESE NEW
 WALLS FURTHER SEPARATING THE BUILDING INTO SMALLER BUT
 MORE BUILDINGS? PARTY WALLS ARE FIRE WALLS. 706.1.1
 PARTY WALLS. ANY WALL LOCATED ON A LOT LINE BETWEEN
 ADJACENT BUILDINGS, WHICH IS USED OR ADAPTED FOR JOINT
 SERVICE BETWEEN THE TWO BUILDINGS, SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED
 AS A FIRE WALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 706. PARTY
 WALLS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED WITHOUT OPENINGS AND SHALL
 CREATE SEPARATE BUILDINGS.
 THESE WALLS WILL NEED TO BE PERMITTED AND COMPLETED
 BEFORE THE TENANT PERMITS CAN BE PERMITTED AND
 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION CAN OCCUR.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THAT IN UNIT # 107 THE CONVERSION OF A
 KITCHEN FROM A RESTROOM DOES NOT SHOW ON ANY OF THE
 ISSUED PERMITS IN THE ELECTRONIC FILE SYSTEM FILE NET.
 ALL WORK AS SHOWN WILL BE CONSIDERED NEW WORK. 2014

 AGENT AUTHORIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 489
 WHO INTENDS TO CONSTRUCT, ENLARGE, ALTER, REPAIR, MOVE,
 DEMOLISH, OR CHANGE THE OCCUPANCY OF A BUILDING OR
 STRUCTURE, OR TO ERECT, INSTALL, ENLARGE, ALTER,
 REPAIR, REMOVE, CONVERT OR REPLACE ANY IMPACT RESISTANT
 COVERINGS, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING OR
 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM, OR ACCESSIBLE OR FLOOD
 RESISTANT SITE ELEMENT, THE INSTALLATION OF WHICH IS
 REGULATED BY THIS CODE, OR TO CAUSE ANY SUCH WORK TO BE
 DONE, SHALL FIRST MAKE APPLICATION TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL AND OBTAIN THE REQUIRED PERMIT.
  
 4) SHEET S3 IS THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN, PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOULD HAVE ALL OF THE FURNITURE,
 KIOSK SHOWN ON THE PLANS. PLEASE PROVIDE WHAT THE USAGE
 OF THIS SPACE WILL BE USED FOR, WITH PASS THROUGH AND A
 KITCHEN? 2014 FBC-B 302.1. A ROOM OR SPACE THAT IS
 INTENDED TO BE OCCUPIED AT DIFFERENT TIMES FOR
 DIFFERENT PURPOSES SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE
 REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE APPLICABLE TO EACH OF THE
 PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE ROOM OR SPACE WILL BE OCCUPIED.
 WHERE A STRUCTURE IS PROPOSED FOR A PURPOSE THAT IS NOT
 SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS CODE, SUCH STRUCTURE
 SHALL BE CLASSIFIED IN THE GROUP THAT THE OCCUPANCY
 MOST NEARLY RESEMBLES, ACCORDING TO THE FIRE SAFETY AND
 RELATIVE HAZARD INVOLVED.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
