 THROUGH. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 1B) COMPLIED. THE 4300 MILLER PROPERTY DELETED FROM
 THIS PORTION OF THE PROJECT. NOTE TO HAVE 2 DIFFERENT
 OWNERS INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT THE DOCUMENT UNITY OF
 CONTROL WILL HAVE TO BE DEVELOPED BY THE CITY LAWYERS.

 AND STRUCTURES USED FOR MEDICAL CARE ON A 24-HOUR BASIS
 FOR MORE THAN FIVE PERSONS WHO ARE INCAPABLE OF
 SELF-PRESERVATION. THIS GROUP SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE

 FIRE SPRINKLERS NFPA 13 (903.3.1.1) AND NFPA 13R
 (903.3.1.2). WITH THE BUILDING 3 ELIMINATED FROM THIS
 PORTION OF THE PROJECT, IT IS ASSUMED THE NFPA 13R
 (903.3.1.2) WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE GROUP I-2
 OCCUPANCY. THIS IS ALLOWED BY 903.2.6 BUT IN DOING SO
 YOU CANNOT TAKE THE 25% FOR FIRE SPRINKLERS SEE TABLE
 FBC-B 705.8 FOOTNOTE FOR S (SPRINKLERS) SPRINKLERS HAVE
 TO COMPLY WITH 903.3.1.1 OR NFPA 13. PLEASE REFIGURE
 BOTH THE HEIGHT OF WALLS FROM 18 FEET IN HEIGHT AND
 WINDOW AND DOOR OPENINGS AT 10 % IF 13R SPRINKLERS ARE
 TO BE INSTALLED. CLARIFY ALSO ON SHEET A-101.
 1ST ROUND OF COMMENTS. BUILDING # 1 SHOWS WINDOWS ON
 THE NORTH/ SOUTH WALLS, THE WALLS ARE INDICATED ON
 SHEET A1-101 TO BE EITHER 5-0 FEET AWAY FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE OR 5.5 FEET AWAY FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SQUARE FEET OF
 WINDOWS AND DOORS AND THE PERCENTAGE OF OPENINGS WITH
 IN THE WALL. AND COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-B TABLE 705.8.
 PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE THE AMOUNT OF OPENINGS AND
 PERCENTAGE OF WALL WITHIN THE EAST WALL AS WELL. PLEASE
 NOTE THE ALLOWABLE AREA FOR FIRE SPRINKLERS CANNOT BE
 TAKEN SENSE THE SPRINKLERS INSTALLED ARE A NFPA 13R.

 6) BUILDING # 1. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.

 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE

 MORE SPRINKLER HEADS. A CONTRACTOR I, CONTRACTOR II OR
 CONTRACTOR IV, CERTIFIED UNDER SECTION 633.521, FLORIDA
 STATUTES, MAY DESIGN A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM OF 49 OR
 FEWER HEADS AND MAY DESIGN THE ALTERATION OF AN
 EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM IF THE ALTERATION
 CONSISTS OF THE RELOCATION, ADDITION OR DELETION OF NOT
 MORE THAN 49 HEADS, NOT WITHSTANDING THE SIZE OF THE
 EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
