 OF CONSTRUCTION IS LISTED AS IB. PLEASE NOTE THE
 COUNTYWIDE GIS SHOWS THIS BUILDING TO BE 14 STORIES
 TALL. A IB TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION WILL ONLY ALLOW A 11
 STORY BUILDING FOR BUSINESS OCCUPANCY AND ONLY (1)
 STORY INCREASE FOR AN NFPA 13 FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM,
