 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 PROVIDE THE SUITE NUMBER. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION,
 NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 2) SHEET A1.1 IT APPEARS THAT (2) EXITS ARE BEING
 REMOVED. THE LAST KNOWN USE FOR THIS SPACE IS AN A2
 RESTARAUNT USAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 THE SPACE AND AN ASSUMED OCCUPANT LOAD. IT WOULD APPEAR
 WITH THE EXTERIOR STAIR AND EXIT DOOR ON THE EAST SIDE
 THE SPACE WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO HOLD 340 OCCUPANTS IF
 THE SPACE REMAINS A RESTARAUNT WITH KITCHEN. EVEN WITH
 THE MOVING THE KITCHEN TO THE WEST THERE WOULD NOT BE
 ENOUGH EXITS. 2014 FBC-B TABLE 1004.1.2.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE NEW
 OPENINGS. 2014 FBC-B 1609.1.2 PROTECTION OF OPENINGS,
 1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS & CLADDING. FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
 OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 61G20-3.005,
 RULE 9N-3 NOV. 01/ 2010 (31) SUB-CATEGORY OF PRODUCTS
 OR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS THAT WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS:
 (31)(A) EXTERIOR DOORS ,MULLIONS & ROOF HATCHES.
 (B) WINDOWS & MULLIONS
 (C) PANEL WALLS: STOREFRONTS
  
 4) FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
