 CLARIFY SHEET WIDTH OF 60. SEE THE NOA PROVIDED, THE
 BASE SHEETS FOR THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY ARE ALL 36" IN
 WIDTH.
  
 PROVIDE THE PAGES OF THE NOA WHICH APPLY TO ALL
 ASSEMBLIES; THIS SHOULD INCLUDE THE FIRST PAGES WHICH
 PROVIDE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS.
  
 CLARIFY 14" ROW SPACING; THE ATTACHMENT REQUIREMENTS
 SPECIFY FOUR ROWS 14" APART, BUT THE SHEET IS ONLY 36".
 ARE YOU PROPOSING AN ALTERNATE PRODUCT?
  
 CLARIFY SPECIFICATION; 4 ROWS PROPOSED; CONFIRM THAT
 THIS IS FOUR ROWS TOTAL (ONE IN THE 4" LAP AND THREE IN

 CLARIFY HOW IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE LAP TO BE 12", A

 THE CALCULATIONS DO NOT APPEAR CORRECT. HOWEVER, THE
 SPECIFICATION IS WHAT WILL DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT THE
 CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED (PASS PLAN REVIEW). A
 COMPLIANT SPECIFICATION WILL RESULT IN PERMIT ISSUANCE,
 EVEN IF THE CALCULATIONS ARE NOT CORRECT (NOT IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH RAS 117).

 APPROVALS "VOID" (TWO SHINGLE, TWO FLAT). NO ADDITIONAL
 PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED. WHEN RESUBMITTING,
 PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS TO
 REPLACE THE VOIDED PRODUCT APPROVALS
