| REVIEW COMMENTS - FIRE DEPARTMENT |

| THIS EVENT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE OFFICE OF THE FIRE |
| MARSHAL WITH THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONAL REMARKS: |
| |
| 1) ALL FOOD TRUCKS NEED TO BE SPACED OUT SO THEY ARE, |
| AT A MINIMUM, 10 FEET APART FROM EACH OTHER. |
| |
| 2) PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATED LAYOUT DRAWING THAT SHOWS |
| THE FULL DETAILS FOR THE FENCING THAT WILL BE ERECTED |
| AROUND THE PERIMETER. |
| |
| 3) ALL FOOD TRUCKS AND VENDORS SHALL BE LOCATED INSIDE |
| THE STRIPED PARKING AREAS, TO ENSURE THAT PROPER AISLES |
| AND ACCESS LANES ARE MAINTAINED. (PLEASE REVIEW |
| PLACEMENT OF TRUCKS 3 AND 23, THE OUTER VENDORS OF ETSY |
| CRAFTERS, AND THE BEER TICKETS TENT.) |
| |
| 4) AN INSPECTION OF ALL FOOD TRUCKS AND FOOD VENDORS |
| WILL BE CONDUCTED PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EVENT TO |
| ENSURE THAT ALL SAFETY REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS ARE |
| BEING MET. WITH THE EVENT BEING HELD ON A WEEKEND DATE, |
| AND THE INACCESSIBILITY TO THE FOOD TRUCKS AND VENDORS |
| DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, A SPECIAL EVENT AFTER |
| HOURS INSPECTION IS REQUIRED. THE COST OF THE |
| INSPECTION WILL BE BILLED TO THE EVENT SPONSOR AT A |
| COST OF $150 FOR THE FIRST TWO HOURS AND $50 PER HOUR |
| THEREAFTER, PER INSPECTOR. BECAUSE OF THE SIZE OF THE |
| EVENT AND THE NUMBER OF FOOD TRUCKS TO BE INSPECTED, A |
| MINIMUM OF TWO INSPECTORS WILL BE NECESSARY. |
| |
| 5) THE FOOD TRUCK INSPECTIONS WILL INCLUDE: |
| A. CHECKING THE PROPANE TANKS FOR GAS LEAKS; |
| B. VERIFYING THAT ALL COOKING HOOD SYSTEMS HAVE AN |
| APPROVED AND CERTIFIED, WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, HOOD |
| SUPPRESSION SYSTEM, AS REQUIRED BY NFPA; |
| C. VERIFYING THAT ALL HOOD SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS ARE FREE |
| OF EXCESS GREASE BUILD-UP AND HAVE BEEN PROPERLY |
| SERVICED/CLEANED, AS REQUIRED BY NFPA; |
| D. VERIFYING THAT ALL FOOD TRUCKS HAVE THE PROPER FIRE |
| EXTINGUISHER(S), AS REQUIRED BY NFPA; |
| E. VERIFYING THAT ALL FOOD TRUCKS ARE IN GOOD WORKING |
| CONDITION, FREE OF IMPROPER TRASH CONTAINMENT, AND |
| DEMONSTRATING PROPER HOUSEKEEPING THAT MINIMIZES FIRE |
| CAUSE AND SPREAD. |

| 6) ANY TRUCK THAT IS FOUND TO HAVE A GAS LEAK THAT IS |
| NOT ABLE TO BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY, WILL BE ASKED TO |
| LEAVE. |

| 7) THIS OFFICE SHALL BE NOTIFIED OF THE DATE AND TIME |
| OF THE PRELIMINARY SITE VISIT WITH THE OUTLETS MALL |
| STAFF, SO THAT WE MAY PARTICIPATE. |
