 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) SHEETS A-7 AND A-8 WILL NEED TO BE REVISED TO SHOW
 THE NEW 17 FT WIDE WINDOW. FBC 107.2.1
  
 2) THE REVISED PLANS SHOW A 17 FT WIDE WINDOW THAT IS
 LOCATED BEHIND THE RANGE IN THE KITCHEN. THIS IS
 TYPICALLY NOT ALLOWED. M1901.1 CLEARANCES. FREESTANDING
 OR BUILT-IN RANGES SHALL HAVE A VERTICAL CLEARANCE
 ABOVE THE COOKING TOP OF NOT LESS THAN 30 INCHES (762
 MM) TO UNPROTECTED COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL.
  
 3) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL, NOA NO. 15-0528.26, THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED FOR THE FIXED GLASS WINDOWS HAS A MAXIMUM
 LONG SIDE OF 144" OR 12 FEET. SUBMIT A PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR A WINDOW THAT HAS A 17 FT OR MORE LONG SIDE.
 ALTERNATELY, BREAK UP THE WINDOW WITH STRUCTURAL
 MULLIONS. DCA RULE 9N-3
  
 4) SPECIFY THE BEAM/LINTEL THAT WILL BE USED TO SPAN
 THE 17 FT WIDE OPENING FOR THE PROPOSED WINDOW AND
 PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS OF THE BEAM AND COLUMNS FOR
 CLARIFICATION. FBC 107.2.1.3
  
 5) THE REVISION TO THE BEAM SCHEDULE IS MARKED #5 ON
 SHEET S-2 AND #3 ON SHEET S-3. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC
 107.2.1
  
 6) THE PLANS INDICATE A REVISION TO THE ROOF THAT
 ELIMINATES THE ROOF DRAINS AND SLOPES THE ROOF 1/8 INCH
 PER FOOT TO THE ROOF EDGES. THE ROOF COVERING MATERIAL
 IS SPECIFIED AS MODIFIED BITUMEN AND THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL, FL# 16429-R5, THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS FOR
 MODIFIED BITUMEN. CODE REQUIRES A MINIMUM SLOPE OF 1/4
 INCH PER FOOT. FBC-R905.11.1 SLOPE. MODIFIED BITUMEN
 MEMBRANE ROOFS SHALL HAVE A DESIGN SLOPE OF A MINIMUM
 OF ONE-FOURTH UNIT VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL
 (2-PERCENT SLOPE) FOR DRAINAGE.
  
 7) THIS STRUCTURE DOES NOT HAVE ANY OVERHANGS AND THERE
 ARE NO GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS SHOWN OR SPECIFIED ON
 THE DRAWINGS. THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC- R318.5 PROTECTION AGAINST DECAY AND TERMITES.
 CONDENSATE LINES, IRRIGATION/SPRINKLER SYSTEM RISERS
 FOR SPRAY HEADS, AND ROOF DOWNSPOUTS SHALL DISCHARGE AT
 LEAST 1 FOOT (305 MM) AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE SIDEWALL,
 WHETHER BY UNDERGROUND PIPING, TAIL EXTENSIONS OR
 SPLASH BLOCKS. GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS ARE REQUIRED ON
 ALL BUILDINGS WITH EAVES OF LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM)
 HORIZONTAL PROJECTION EXCEPT FOR GABLE END RAKES OR ON
