 STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PERMIT AND
 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
 THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS INDICATED TO BE COMBINED WITH A
 UNITY OF TITLE, AND IS BEING REVIEWED AS ONE PROJECT.
 THE SUBJECT PROPERTY ZONING IS NWD-5.
  
 1. PLEASE ADD HEDGING TO CLOSE OFF ACCESS OPENINGS FROM
 TAMARIND AND 8TH ST.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE WATER NEEDS CATEGORY FOR EACH SPECIES
 ON THE PLANT LIST FROM THE SFWMD WATERWISE GUIDE TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 SECTION 94-442 (G). PLEASE PROVIDE A CHART TO REFLECT
 APPLICABLE FLORIDA FRIENDLY POINTS (30 POINTS
 REQUIRED).
  
 3. PLEASE SHOW THE CALCULATIONS FOR REQUIRED TREES,
 FLOWERING TREES AND SHRUBS BASED ON THE OPEN SPACE
 PROVIDED PER SECTION 94-113(E)(2) USING 94-442(B)(2)B.
  
 4. PLEASE SHOW CALCULATIONS TO SATISFY THE 25% PRIVATE
 OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENT PER SECTION 94-128 TABLE IV-36.
 PLEASE INDICATE THE TYPE OF PRIVATE OPEN SPACE, AND HOW
 IT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THAT TYPE OF PRIVATE OPEN
 SPACE PER SECTION 94-109 TABLE IV-7. DEFINITIONS OF
 EACH TYPE OF OPEN SPACE CAN BE FOUND IN SECTION 94-109.
  
 5. PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR IRRIGATION, AND
 AMEND NOTES ON LANDSCAPE PLAN TO SHOW ALL PLANT
 MATERIAL WILL BE PROVIDED WITH IRRIGATION.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES OR
 PALMS ON THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUESTED, AND STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS
