 7.1 EITHER THE DESIGNER OR CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE THE
 VALUE OF THE PROJECT FOR A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. THEN AN
 ITEMIZED LIST WILL BE REQUIRED SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH:
 202.4.2 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF
 DISPROPORTIONALITY.
 WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PATH

 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION,
