 CHECKLIST.
 CODE: FBC 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 1- PLANS WERE REVISED. FLOOR PLAN WAS FLIPPED OVER AND
 THE WINDOWS ON THE SECOND FLOOR WERE REVISED.
 ORIGINALLY WINDOWS WERE LONG AND NEED IT TO COMPLY WITH
 THE WINDOW FALL PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS. NOW IS NOT
 CLEAR HOW COMPLYING WITH THE BEDROOM EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS BECAUSE THE SIZE OF THE WINDOWS WERE
 REDUCED. THE WINDOW SCHEDULE ON SHEET A3.00 ONLY
 SPECIFY WINDOW SH#26 AS THE ONLY EGRESS WINDOW. FLOOR
 PLANS AND ELEVATIONS DON'T SHOW ANY SH#26 WINDOW FOR
 THE BEDROOMS. ON THE OTHER HAND, THE HEIGHT OF THE
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS SH#24EH IS 60". ACCORDING TO TOP OF
 WINDOW HEIGHT SHOWN ON SHEET A2.00, THE WINDOW SILL OF
 THESE WINDOWS IS LESS THAN 24" ABOVE FINISH FLOOR.
 THEREFORE NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE WINDOW FALL
 PROTECTION SEC. R312.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION
 (2014). ENGINEER OF RECORD TO COORDINATE INFORMATION
 FOR EGRESS AND WINDOW FALL REQUIREMENTS ON PLANS TO
 AVOID MORE CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.002(33) FOR:
 A) ARCHED SINGLE HUNG WINDOW #14 AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT.
  
 B) FIXED WINDOWS. DRAWINGS SUBMITTED WITH NOA
 16-0629.14 ARE CUT OFF ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE DRAWINGS.
  
 C) CASEMENT WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. DRAWINGS
 SUBMITTED WITH NOA 16-0629.14 ARE CUT OFF ON THE RIGHT
 HAND SIDE. PROVIDE COMPLETE DRAWINGS.
  
 D) ROOF TILE SELF-ADHERED UNDERLAYMENT AS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS.

 E) FLAT ROOF AS SHOWN ON PLANS FOR GARAGE AND ROOF DECK
 ABOVE FRONT PORCH. AND CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED
 ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE USED. AND, PROVIDE SIGNED AND
 SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS IF SELECTED ASSEMBLY
 DOESN'T MEET THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES. NOTE:
 VERIFY THAT SELECTED ASSEMBLY ALLOWS FOR RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT
 PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED: FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FL16709 AND NOA 13-1217.01. CLARIFY WHICH ONE IS GOING
 TO BE USED IN THIS PROJECT. OR IF USING BOTH, THEN
 CLEARLY SPECIFY WHERE EACH PRODUCT APPROVAL IS GOING TO
 BE INSTALLED: GARAGE OR MAIN HOUSE ROOF DECK ABOVE
 FRONT PORCH. NOTES: (1) IT'S NOT CLEAR WHY SEVERAL
 ASSEMBLIES WHERE MARKED ON FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FL16709-R3. CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH ONE IS GOING TO BE
 USED. (2) DEPENDING ON ASSEMBLY SELECTED FROM NOA
 13-1217.01 SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS MAY
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 F) ARCHED FIBERGLASS ENTRY DOOR AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 G) GARAGE FIBERGLASS DOOR FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL

 HAND SIDE. PROVIDE COMPLETE DRAWINGS.
  
 H) GARAGE OVERHEAD DOOR. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT
 MEETS THE DESIGN PRESSURES CALCULATED BY THE ENGINEER
 OF RECORD, DOORS ON NOA 15-0225.07 DON'T MEET THOSE
 DESIGN PRESSURES. NOTE: MAKE SURE DRAWINGS ARE
 COMPLETE. DRAWINGS SUBMITTED ARE CUT OFF.
  
 I) RIDGE VENT FOR CONCRETE TILES AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 3- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO APPROVE IN WRITING (NOT
 SIGNING AND SEALING) ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN (2 COPIES) SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH SEC. R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE: WATER NEEDS TO
 BE DIVERTED AWAY FROM THE FOUNDATION AND TO AN APPROVED
 POINT OF COLLECTION
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL.
  
 5- PROPOSED SITE PLAN ON SHEET S2.00/C1.00 AND SURVEY
 SUBMITTED DON'T MATCH. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 6- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 GARAGE AND FRONT PORCH ROOF DRAINAGE SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH SEC. R903.4 AND SEC. R903.4.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 SPECIFY ALL DRAINS, SCUPPERS AND OVERFLOW DRAIN,
 SCUPPERS. CLEARLY SHOW LOCATION, SIZES, ETC.
 RESPONSE: INFORMATION SHOWN ON SHEET A3.00 IS SHOWN ON
 THE WRONG FLOOR PLAN. THIS IS ROOF INFORMATION NOT
 FIRST FLOOR PLAN INFORMATION. ALSO, INFORMATION IS
 INCORRECT. NEED TO SPECIFY THE MAIN DRAIN AND THE
 EMERGENCY OVERFLOW SCUPPERS. ONLY THE THE OVERFLOW
 SCUPPERS ARE THE ONES TO BE PLACED NOT LESS THAN 2
 INCHES AND NOR MORE THAN 4 INCHES ABOVE THE FINISHED
 ROOF ON THE LOWEST PORTION OF THE ROOF. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED AND PROVIDE THE INFORMATION ON-THE CORRECT
 ROOF PLANS.
  
 ***PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
 ***PLEASE REMOVE ANY REVISED DRAWING AND INSERT NEW
 DRAWING. DON'T STAPLE OLD DRAWINGS TO PLANS. SUBMITT
 OLD DRAWINGS FOR REFERENCE.
