| 1) BUILDING PROVISO: THE ORGANICS FOUND AT BORINGS B-1, |
| THROUGH B-3 FROM 6 FEET TO 12 FEET BELOW GRADE AND IN |
| STRUCTURAL AREAS SHOULD BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH |
| GOOD QUALITY FILL ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFICATIONS AND |
| PROCEDURES OUTLINED IN THE SITE PREPARATION SECTION OF |
| THIS REPORT. THE REMOVAL OF ORGANIC SOILS FROM THE SITE |
| SHOULD BE PERFORMED UNDER THE FULL-TIME OBSERVATION OF |
| A SOILS ENGINEER REPRESENTATIVE TO DOCUMENT AND ENSURE |
| THAT ORGANIC SOIL AND OTHER UNSUITABLE MATERIALS HAVE |
| BEEN COMPLETELY REMOVED AND PROPERLY REPLACED WITH |
| COMPACTED, SUITABLE STRUCTURAL FILL MATERIAL. |

| 2) BUILDING PROVISO, DEFERRED SUBMITAL: CONTRACTOR TO |
| FURNISH THE DE-WATERING PLAN AND BE REVIEWED BY THE |
| DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD AND THEIR SHOP DRAWING |
| STAMP OF APPROVAL ON THE DOCUMENT BEFORE BEING |
| FORWARDED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. THE DE-MUCKING |
| AND DE-WATERING PLAN/ REPORT WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDING |
| A METHOD OF DEWATERING & CALCULATIONS FOR THE |
| APPROPRIATE SYSTEM AND ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF |
| THE CONTRACTOR. DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR THE WATER |
| TABLE WOULD BE 2 FT. TO 4 FT. BELOW GRADE AND ORGANIC |
| MATERIALS WERE FOUND IN BORING # 3 TO A DEPTH OF 12 |
| FEET BELOW GRADE. THE SUBMITTED SOILS REPORT REQUEST |
| THAT THE GROUND WATER SHOULD BE CONTROLLED TO A DEPTH |
| OF AT LEAST 2 FEET BELOW THE BOTTOM OF THE EXCAVATION |
