 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE WRONG CODE EDITION IS REFERENCED ON THE PLANS.
 THIS SCOPE OF WORK IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE 2014
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 2) THE ASSEMBLY NUMBER SPECIFIED ON THE DRAWING U494 IS
 FOR A 2-1/2" 25 MSG STEEL FRAME WALL AND THE DRAWING
 SPECIFIES A 3-5/8" 18 MSG STEEL FRAME WALL. IN ORDER TO
 ACHIEVE THE RATING THE ASSEMBLY HAS TO BE CONSISTENT
 WITH THE LISTING. FBC 107.2.1
  
 3) THE DRAWING IS NOT CLEAR AS TO WHICH WALLS ARE TO
 HAVE THE ONE HOUR FIRE RESISTANCE RATING. ALL OF THE
 NEW WALLS IN THE ATTIC ARE MARKED THE SAME. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) SHEET A.03 OF THE PLANS THAT ARE ON FILE, INDICATE
 THAT THE WALLS THAT SEPARATE THE GARAGE FROM THE LIVING
 SPACE HAS A PORTION THAT IS MASONRY AND THE REST IS
 3-5/8" METAL FRAMING. THE WALL ALSO HAS A JOG IN IT AND
 IS NOT STRAIGHT AS SHOWN IN YOUR DRAWING. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) THE ATTIC WALL SECTION SPECIFIES HOW TO ATTACH IT TO
 THE METAL STUD WALL BELOW. HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT SPECIFY
 THE ATTACHMENT TO THE MASONRY WALL. FBC 107.2.1
  
 6) THE TRUSS PLAN ON FILE INDICATES THAT THE BOTTOM
 CORD HAS A NON-CONCURRENT LIVE LOAD OF 10 PSF. THIS
 UNINHABITABLE ATTIC AREA IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A 20 PSF
 LIVE LOAD IF IT IS USED FOR LIMITED STORAGE. SUBMIT A
 SET OF THE TRUSS DRAWINGS FOR THIS AREA TO VERIFY THE
 BOTTOM CORD LIVE LOAD. FBC-R 301.5
