 STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF, SELF ADHERING UNDERLAYMENT
  
 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
  
 4) FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 5) SHEET A-3.01 BUILDING SECTION. THE SECTION PLAN
 INDICATES FLOAT FINISH PLASTER CEILINGS. THE QUESTION
 IS ARE THE CEILINGS AND WALLS TO BE ACTUAL PLASTER OR
 ARE THEY GOING TO BE CEMENT PLASTER (STUCCO)? IF THE
 CEILINGS ARRE TO BE CEMENT PLASTER (STUCCO) THEN SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B 2510.1 EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR
 CEMENT PLASTER AND LATHING SHALL BE DONE WITH THE
 APPROPRIATE MATERIALS LISTED IN TABLE 2507.2 AND
 CHAPTER 35. 2510.3 INSTALLATION. INSTALLATION OF THESE
 MATERIALS SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ASTM C 926 AND
 ASTM C 1063. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TYPE OF WIRE LATH,
 WEIGHT OF THE METAL PLASTER BASE AND THE MAXIUM
 PERMISSIBLE SPACING OF SUPPORTS ASSTM C1063.
  
 6) SHEET A-4.01 THE RESTROOM INTERIOR ELEVATIONS.
 PLEASE REVIEW THE WATER CLOSET GRAB BARS SHOW 36 INCHES
 CENTERLINED. PLEASE BE AWARE UNDER THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB
 BAR THE VERTICAL DIMENSION IS TAKEN FROM THE FLOOR TO
 THE TOP OF THE GRASPABLE SURFACE.
  
 7) MISSING SOILS REPORT, NOT SUBMITTED IN THIS REVIEW.
 2014 FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE
 CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL
 IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO
 THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A
 GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION BE CONDUCTED.
  
 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
