 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN FOR THE CARRIAGE HOUSE ON
 SHEET A101 DOES NOT MATCH THE PROPOSED SOUTH ELEVATION
 ON SHEET A107. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC107.2.1
  
 2) THE SLOPE OF THE NEW FLAT ROOF IS SPECIFIED AS 1/8"
 PER FOOT ON SHEET A200. THE ROOF COVERING MATERIAL WILL
 DETERMINE THE REQUIRED ROOF SLOPE. MOST OF THE ROOFING
 MATERIALS SUCH AS BUILT-UP ROOFS AND MODIFIED BITUMEN
 REQUIRE A MINIMUM 1/4" PER FOOT SLOPE. MINERAL-SURFACED
 ROLL ROOFING REQUIRES A MINIMUM 1" PER FOOT SLOPE.
 DETERMINE THE ROOFING MATERIAL THAT WILL BE USED ON THE
 FLAT ROOF, SUBMIT THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR IT AND
 REVISE THE PLANS ACCORDINGLY. FBC R905.1
  
 3) PROVIDE SCUPPER SIZING CALCULATIONS FOR THE NEW FLAT
 ROOF. INCLUDE THE AREA OF THE SLOPED ROOFS THAT DUMP
 RAINWATER ONTO THE FLAT ROOF. FBC-R903.4
  
 4) THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED WITHIN 600 FEET OF THE
 INTER-COASTAL WATERWAY AND IS CONSIDERED EXPOSURE
 CATEGORY D. EXPOSURE D. EXPOSURE D SHALL APPLY WHERE
 THE GROUND SURFACE ROUGHNESS, AS DEFINED BY SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS D, PREVAILS IN THE UPWIND DIRECTION FOR A
 DISTANCE OF AT LEAST 5,000 FEET (1524 M) OR 20 TIMES
 THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
 EXPOSURE D SHALL ALSO APPLY WHERE THE GROUND SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS IMMEDIATELY UPWIND OF THE SITE IS B OR C, AND
 THE SITE IS WITHIN A DISTANCE OF 600 FEET (183 M) OR 20
 TIMES THE BUILDING HEIGHT, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, FROM
 AN EXPOSURE D CONDITION AS DEFINED IN THE PREVIOUS
 SENTENCE. PLEASE REVISE COMPONENT AND CLADDING
 PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5) IN ORDER TO AVOID CONFUSION, PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES THAT HAVE BEEN
 CONVERTED TO VASD. THE PRESSURES IN THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS ARE NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEEDS. R301.2.1.3
 WIND SPEED CONVERSION. WHEN REQUIRED, ULTIMATE DESIGN
 WIND SPEEDS, VULT, OF FIGURE R301.2(4) SHALL BE
 CONVERTED TO NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEEDS, VASD, USING
 TABLE R301.2.1.3.
  
 6) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE COLUMN CAP AND BASE FOR THE
 3-1/2" X 3-1/2" X 3/16" SQUARE STEEL COLUMN. FBC
 107.2.1
  
 7) SPECIFY THE ANCHORS AND UPLIFT FOR THE ROOF GIRDER
 TRUSSES. FBC-R802.1.7.5
  
 8) THERE IS CONFLICTING INFORMATION PROVIDED FOR THE
 TRELLIS. SHEET S-4 AND A203 DIFFER ON THE BEAM AND
 RAFTER SIZES. SHEET S-4 SHOWS STEEL COLUMNS AND A203
 HAS ENGINEERED LUMBER COLUMNS. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION OF THE DRAWINGS, SUCH AS, THE SPACING OF
 THE COLUMNS. FBC 107.2.1 & FBC-R301.1
  
 9) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PRODUCT EVALUATIONS FOR THE
 ICYNENE SPRAY FOAM INSULATION. FBC-R316
  
 10) THERE ARE NUMEROUS PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED AND
 EACH ONE HAS MANY VARIATIONS WITH DIFFERENT MAXIMUM
 DESIGN PRESSURES. IDENTIFY WHICH WINDOWS AND DOORS THAT
 THE SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE INTENDED TO
 REPRESENT. THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED BY INDICATING THE
 WINDOW AND DOOR ID IN THE APPROVAL AND MARKING THE
 APPROPRIATE CONFIGURATION, SIZE AND DESIGN PRESSURES IN
 THE PRODUCT APPROVALS. ALTERNATELY, YOU MAY LIST THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBERS, MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES
 ALONG WITH THE REQUIRED DESIGN PRESSURES IN THE WINDOW
 AND DOOR SCHEDULES ON THE PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 11) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE
 ROOFING MATERIAL THAT WILL BE USED ON THE FLAT ROOF
 AREA.
  
 12) SPECIFY THE METHOD OF ATTACHMENT THAT WILL BE USED
 TO INSTALL THE BARREL TILE CLAY ROOFING. SUBMIT THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOF TILE ADHESIVE THAT WILL
 BE USED. FBC-R905.3.7 & FBC 107.2.1
  
 13) PROVIDE TWO SETS OF AN INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AND
 KEY PLAN FOR THE FABRIC IMPACT PROTECTION SYSTEM.
 SPECIFY THE SUBSTRATE, ANCHOR TYPE, SPACING, SPAN,
 GLASS SEPARATION, ETC. FBC 107.2.1 & FBC-R301.2.1.2
  
 14) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT
 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
