 ATHLETIC CENTER ADDRESSED AS 4017 PINEWOOD AVE. THE
 ORIGINAL BOYS & GIRLS CLUB ATHLETIC CENTER PERMIT
 03060499 HAD A FEW PLANS INDICATING THE LOCATION OF THE
 NORTHWOOD CENTER SPLASH PAD, SHEET C-3. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT FOR THE NORTHWOOD CENTER SPLASH PAD PERMIT
 03060502 WAS NEVER ISSUED AND VOIDED. THE PLAN
 DOCUMENTS WERE ADDRESSED UNDER 4105 PINEWOOD AVE. THE
 FOUNTAIN PLAZA IS NOT ON ANY PRIVATE PROPERTY BUT IN
 THE RIGHT OF WAY. PLEASE UPDATE THE ADDRESS TO ONE THAT
 IS ADJACENT TO THE RIGHT OF WAY WHERE THE PROJECT IS
 LOCATED.
 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
  
 3) THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED F1OF 4 WERE CREATED
 ORIGINALLY BY JOHN BROWN P. E. 30698 DATED 09/06/05.
 PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS
 PREPARED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AND BEING FILED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AFFIXED TO THE DOCUMENT.
  
 FL ADMIN CODE 61G15-23.002 ENGINEERS. EFFECTIVE DATE
 05/06/2009. (2)(A) EVERY SHEET OF PLANS AND PRINTS
 WHICH MUST BE SEALED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER
 471, F.S., SHALL BE SEALED, SIGNED AND DATED BY THE
 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE.
  
 4) THE SUBMITTED PLANS F1 OF 4 HAVE BEEN REDUCED IN
 SIZE AND NOT TO THE MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE. PLANS ARE
 SO SMALL THEY ARE ILLEGIBLE. 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF
 BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A
 MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR
 OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY
 ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS
 FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE
 CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY
 MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE,
 CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS
 MANAGEMENT.
  
 5) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE SCOPE OF WORK
 TO BE MAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION. PLEASE DOCUMENT
 WHAT WORK IS GOING TO OCCUR UNDER THIS PERMIT. SHEET F2
 OF 4 HAS A LEGEND FOR RETURN PIPES AND SUPPLY PIPES.
 ARE PIPES TO BE REPLACED, IS CONCRETE DECK TO BE
 REMOVED AND OR PAVERS? THERE ARE NO SHEETS INDICATING
 THERE IS TO BE ANY STRUCTURAL WORK OCCURRING UNDER THIS
 PERMIT? 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 6) ONE SINGLE SHEET WITH GENERAL NOTES. THERE IS NO
 TITLE BLOCK ON THIS SHEET, NO ONE HAS TAKEN
 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERSHIP FOR THIS DOCUMENT. 107.3.4
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE.
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
