 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR UNIT 2 NEED TO BE
 CORRECTED. THE EXTERIOR SIDE WALL WITH THE WINDOWS IN
 THIS UNIT FACES EAST NOT WEST. THE COMMON WALL IS THE
 WEST WALL. FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION R405
  
 2) PLEASE CLARIFY THE TYPE OF OCCUPANCY. THE OCCUPANCY
 THAT IS SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS IS R-2. AND THE TITLE
 BLOCK ON THE PLANS STATE THAT THIS IS A PROPOSED DUPLEX
 BUILDING. THERE ARE TWO ATTACHED UNITS SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS SEPARATED BY A COMMON TWO HOUR FIRE RESISTANCE
 RATED WALL, AS REQUIRED FOR TOWNHOUSES. HOWEVER, BOTH
 UNITS ARE LOCATED ON THE SAME PROPERTY. IF THE PROPERTY
 IS NOT TO BE DIVIDED, THEN THIS WOULD BE A TWO-FAMILY
 DWELLING AND THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS R-3. FBC SECTION 302
  
 3) THE FLOOD ZONE FOR THIS PROPERTY IS B (X 500) NOT C
 (X) AS SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS AND ON THE SURVEYS THAT
 WERE SUBMITTED. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) SUBMIT ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR THE CRICKET THAT IS
 SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS WHERE THE GARAGE ROOF SLOPES TO
 THE SECOND STOREY WALL. PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS,
 FLASHING ETC. SHOW HOW THE RAIN WATER WILL BE DRAINED
 FROM THE ROOF IN THIS AREA. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) THE GUARDRAIL DETAIL ON S-8 SPECIFIES A 4" CLEAR
 SPACE BETWEEN THE INTERMEDIATE RAILS, WHICH WOULD ALLOW
 A 4" SPHERE TO PASS. R312.1.3 OPENING LIMITATIONS.
 REQUIRED GUARDS SHALL NOT HAVE OPENINGS FROM THE
 WALKING SURFACE TO THE REQUIRED GUARD HEIGHT WHICH
 ALLOW PASSAGE OF A SPHERE 4 INCHES (102 MM) IN
 DIAMETER.
  
 6) R302.11 FIREBLOCKING. IN COMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION,
 FIREBLOCKING SHALL BE PROVIDED TO CUT OFF ALL CONCEALED
 DRAFT OPENINGS (BOTH VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL) AND TO
 FORM AN EFFECTIVE FIRE BARRIER BETWEEN STORIES, AND
 BETWEEN A TOP STORY AND THE ROOF SPACE. FIREBLOCKING
 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN WOOD-FRAME CONSTRUCTION IN THE
 FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: 3. IN CONCEALED SPACES BETWEEN
 STAIR STRINGERS AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE RUN.
 ENCLOSED SPACES UNDER STAIRS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION
 R302.7.
  
 7) THE DESIGN LOADS THAT ARE SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS FOR
 THE SECTIONAL GARAGE DOOR ( +43, -58.0 PSF ) APPEAR TO
 BE HIGHER THAN THEY SHOULD BE. THE CLOPAY GARAGE DOOR
 PRODUCT APPROVAL HAS A MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURE OF + OR
 - 25.5 PSF. REVISE THE SECTIONAL GARAGE DOOR PRESSURES
 AND SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH ADEQUATE DESIGN
 PRESSURES.
  
 8) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF
 THE FRENCH DOORS AT THE SECOND FLOOR BALCONY AND THE 90
 # HOT MOP SPECIFIED FOR THE BALCONY IN NOTE F FOR
 DETAIL A/S-8.
  
 9) SPECIFY THE SYSTEM TYPE AND DESIGN PRESSURE FOR THE
 POLYGLASS SELF-ADHERED ROOF SYSTEM NOA NO. 13-1217.01.
 INDICATE WHERE THIS ROOFING PRODUCT WILL BE USED. FBC
 107.2.1
  
 10) SPECIFY THE METHOD OF ATTACHMENT THAT WILL BE USED
 TO INSTALL THE CEMENT ROOF TILE. IF AN ADHESIVE WILL BE
 USED, SUBMIT THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR IT. FBC 107.2.1
  
 11) THE PROJECT WAS UNDER VALUED ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND HAS BEEN ADJUSTED. FBC 109.3
  
 11) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT
 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
