 1) THE PLANS SHOW THE RELOCATION OF THE ABOVE GROUND
 TANK FROM A LOCATION HIDDEN FROM PUBLIC BEHIND THE
 BUILDING TO A PUBLICALLY VISIBLE AREA ON THE SIDE OF
 THE SITE. PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS PROPOSED CHANGE. ZONING
 STAFF DOES NOT CURRENTLY SUPPORT THIS RELOCATION. IF
 THE RELOCATION IS APPROVED BY ZONING STAFF, THEN:
  
 A. SHEET ASP DOES NOT SHOW SCREENING FOR THE RELOCATED
 ABOVE GROUND TANK OR THE PUMP.
 B. THE LOADING ZONE HAS NOW BEEN MOVED INTO THE EXIT
 DRIVE AREA. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS ON THE PLAN TO VERIFY
 THAT THERE IS SUFFICIENT DRIVEWAY WIDTH FOR A CAR TO
 EXIT THE SITE WHILE A VEHICLE IS PARKED IN THE LOADING
 ZONE.
  
 2) THERE ARE DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN SHEET ASP AND THE
 CIVIL SHEETS. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME CONDITIONS.
 EXAMPLES:
  
 A. SOME OF THE LIGHT POLES ARE NOT SHOWN IN THE SAME
 LOCATION ON BOTH SETS OF PLANS (CONFLICT WITH
 ELECTRICAL SITE PLAN AS WELL).
 B. THE CIVIL PLANS SHOW A PROPOSED WATER METER AND A
 BACKFLOW PREVENTER ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE,
 WHICH ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN.
 C. THE FIRE HYDRANT IS NOT SHOWN ON SHEET ASP.
  
 3) THE REVISED PLANS SHOW THAT THE PARKING SPACES HAVE
 ADDED CURBS AND ARE STRIPPED AT 18 FEET IN DEPTH. THE
 APPROVED PLANS SHOWED 16 FEET IN DEPTH WITH A TWO FOOT
 OVERHANG AT THE CURB. WHERE DID THE EXTRA TWO FEET COME
 FROM? THE BUILDING SETBACK AND THE DRIVE AISLE SEEM TO
 BE THE SAME AS THE PERMIT AND SITE PLAN APPROVED PLANS.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE CROSS SECTIONS SHOW THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE LANDSCAPE AREA FOUR FEET LESS IN WIDTH
 THAN THE APPROVED PERMIT CROSS-SECTION. NO EXPLANATION
 IS GIVEN FOR THESE CHANGES.
  
 4) PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER WILL BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE NEW 3:1 SLOPE BERM AND DITCH ALONG
 THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE.
  
 5) DUE TO THE CHANGES TO THE PLANS, PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF A CO OF THE BUILDING, AS BUILT SITE, CIVIL
 AND LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING
 DIVISION AS PART OF A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT.
  
 6) THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH
 PLANS, ARE REQUIRED:
  
 A. CONSTRUCTION FENCE - PLEASE NOTE SCREENING IS
 REQUIRED.
 B. PARKING LOT STRIPING
 C. IRRIGATION
 D. BICYCLE RACK
 E. PERMANENT FENCE AND GATES
 F. LANDSCAPE. THE TRANSFORMER SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS.
 G. SITE LIGHTING. PHOTOMETRICS SHALL BE INCLUDED.
  
 7) PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY, ALL
 GROUND MOUNTED UTILITY EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED FROM
 PUBLIC VIEW. THE PLANS SHALL SHOW HOW THIS OCCURS.
