 1. THIS IS A REPAIR TO AN EXISTING BUILDING, (STORAGE
 STRUCTURE). CHANGE GOVERNING CODES TO 2014 FBC EXISTING
 BUILDING.
 2. WORK COMPLETED WITHOUT PERMIT AS INDICATED ON PLANS.
 4X FEE WILL APPLY.
 3. ENGINEER OF RECORD (EOR) TO PRODUCE CERTIFICATION
 LETTER FOR COMPLETED WORK. INCLUDE CERTIFICATION OF
 WOOD CONNECTORS PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY
 EOR.
 4. CHANGE SCOPE OF WORK TO ACCURATLEY DESCRIBE EXTENT
 OF WORK COMPLETED WITHOUT PERMIT. IF WINDOWS AND DOORS
 WERE INSTALLED PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR EACH.
 5. FBC 117 - THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE TESTS OR
 TEST REPORTS AS PROOF OF COMPLIANCE. REQUIRED TESTS ARE
 TO BE MADE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE OWNER, OR AGENT, BY AN
 APPROVED TESTING LABORATORY OR OTHER APPROVED AGENCY.
 6. A PERMIT FOR THE STORAGE STRUCTURE DOES NOT RELIEVE
 OWNER FROM THE EXISTING 4X FEE IMPOSED FOR WORK
 PERFORMED ON MAIN HOUSE AND GARAGE. REF: CASE #
 CE16050796.
 7. THE STATED VALUE APPEARS LOW.
 THE PERMIT VALUATION AND PERMIT FEE MUST BE
 COMMENSURATE WITH THE VALUATION AND FEE THAT A LICENSED
 CONTRACTOR WOULD PROVIDE. PLEASE INCREASE THE VALUATION
 ACCORDINGLY.
 YOU MAY PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT SIGNED BY THE
 OWNER OR A LIST OF LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT
 RENTAL TO VERIFY VALUE.
  
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS
 (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION
 OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK,
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION
 COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.),
 AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS.
 FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE
