 THE PLANS NOR PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATE AS SUCH?
 2014 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. 1001.3.1 PARTIAL CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION. WHERE A PORTION OF AN
 EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED TO A NEW OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION, SECTION 1012 SHALL APPLY.

 BREWERY IS CONSIDERED A COMMERCIAL KITCHEN AND THERE
 ARE NO WALLS SEPARATING THE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN FROM THE
 RESTROOM, NOR VESTIBULE.
  
 3) SHEET A1 OF 13 SHOWS THE BREWERY AND THE ADJACENT
 BEER DRINKING AREA WITH A HALF WALL UNDER COUNTER.
 PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH:
  
 3A) 2014 ACCESSIBILITY CODE 226.1 WHERE DINING SURFACES
 ARE PROVIDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT
 LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE SEATING SPACES AND STANDING
 SPACES AT THE DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
  
 3B) 2014 ACCESSIBILITY CODE 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING
 SURFACES REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED
 THROUGHOUT THE SPACE OR FACILITY CONTAINING DINING
 SURFACES.
  
 3C) 2014 ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF
 DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES
 (710 MM) MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 3D)2014 ACCESSIBILITY CODE 902.4.2 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF
 TABLES AND COUNTERS SHALL BE 26 INCHES (660 MM) MINIMUM
 AND 30 INCHES (760 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR
 OR GROUND.
  
 4) THE PLANS SHEET A-1 NOTE 2 INDICATES THE GARAGE
 DOORS ARE TO BE OPEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS FOR
 VENTILATION AND NOTE 3 INDICATES THERE IS TO BE NO
 MECHANICAL WORK. PLEASE PROVIDE HOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 1204.1 EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS FBC-B WILL BE COMPLIED
 WITH.
 2014 FBC-B 1204.1 EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS. INTERIOR
 SPACES INTENDED FOR HUMAN OCCUPANCY SHALL BE PROVIDED
 WITH ACTIVE OR PASSIVE SPACE-HEATING SYSTEMS CAPABLE OF
 MAINTAINING AN INDOOR TEMPERATURE OF NOT LESS THAN 68?F
 (20?C) AT A POINT 3 FEET (914 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR ON
 THE DESIGN HEATING DAY.
  
 5) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
