 YES. HE INDICATED HE WOULD PREFER TO HAVE THE
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES CLOSER TO THE FACILITY THAN OUT NEXT
 TO THE ENTRY PARKING LOT AND THE OVERAGE OF REQUIRED
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES COULD BE USED WHERE THIS LOT WAS
 SHORT ONE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE.

 & 0040_C5.03 (PARKING) THE PARKING LOT ON THE WEST SIDE
 OF THE PROJECT CLOSEST TO THE HAVERHILL ROAD ENTRANCE
 HAS A TOTAL OF 113 PARKING SPACES OF THESE SPACES THE
 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE TABLE 208.2 REQUIRES (5)
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES WHEREAS THIS PARKING LOT ONLY SHOWS 4
 SPACES. THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 208.2 MINIMUM
 NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES WHERE MORE THAN ONE PARKING
 FACILITY IS LOCATED ON THE SITE, THE NUMBER OF
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES PROVIDED ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 CALCULATED ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF SPACES REQUIRED
 FOR EACH PARKING FACILITY.
