 BE FILED TO LIMIT CONSTRUCTION ON THE ADJACENT LOT.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE TIMELINE FOR THE RECORDING OF THE
 RESTRICTIVE COVENANT AND THE REPLAT. SEE ALSO NEW

 2. A004 DOES NOT MATCH A005 AND OTHER SHEETS. SHEET
 A005 AND OTHER PAGES (SUCH AS A201) DEPICT THE CORNER
 OF THE ROOF OVERHANG EXTENDING OVER THE ADJACENT
 PROPERTY. ALTHOUGH A RESTRICTIVE COVENANT ADDRESSING
 THE PROPOSED NONCOMPLIANT CONDITION AT THIS LOCATION, I
 DO NOT RECALL EXTENSION OVER THE PROPERTY LINE. AS THE
 TWO PLANS CONFLICT, CLARIFY WHAT IS PROPOSED.
  
 2/21/18 PER BUILDING OFFICIAL, OK FOR OVERHANG TO
 ENCROACH PROPERTY LINE INTO THE AREA COVERED BY THE
 RESTRICTIVE COVENANT.
  
 3. SOME OF THE STRUCTURAL PAGES HAVE A DIGITAL
 SIGNATURE WHICH DO NOT COMPLY WITH FAC61G15-23 (STATES
 THE DOCUMENT WAS SIGNED BY "DOCUSIGN" RATHER THAN
 C.TIEDGE,PE. THIS HAS BEEN DISCUSSED WITH ENGINEER AND
 SENT TO FBPE TO ANSWER HER QUESTIONS. FOR THE STRUCTURE
 PERMIT, ENGINEER HAD ADDRESSED THE ISSUE BY UTILIZING A
 DIGITAL SEAL FROM A DIFFERENT VENDOR.
  
 SHEETS WHICH NEED A NEW DIGITAL SIGNATURE (SIGNED BY
 "DOCUSIGN" RATHER THAN ENGINEER): S001, S002, S003,

 AND ARE NOT REVIEWED BY SEOR, FAC61G15-30.005. THIS WAS
 ALSO NOT SUBMITTED WITH THE STRUCTURE PERMIT. WHAT IS
 THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION DATE? ALL DELEGATED
 ENGINEERING IS TO BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED, AND APPROVED
 PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. THIS MAY BE A PROVISO ITEM UPON
 REQUEST, REQUIRED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, IF THERE IS
 ADEQUATE TIME TO DO SO (ALLOW AT LEAST 30 DAYS AFTER
 PERMIT ISSUANCE BEFORE SETTING OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 FOR SUBMITTAL AND REVIEW OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS).

 INDICATE THE METHOD OF FASTENING PROPOSED, FBC B 1609,
 FBC 107. AS A STRUCTURE PERMIT HAS ALREADY BEEN ISSUED,
 PROVIDE PROPOSED INSTALLATION DATE. THIS MAY BE A
 PROVISO ITEM UPON REQUEST, REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION, IF THERE IS ADEQUATE TIME TO DO SO (ALLOW
 AT LEAST 30 DAYS AFTER PERMIT ISSUANCE BEFORE SETTING

 REMOVE OR PROVIDE A LEGEND. ADDITIONAL REVIEW BY

 ROOF PRODUCT APPROVAL IS TO BE REVIEWED BY DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL. ROOF PERMIT REQUIRED PRIOR
 TO ROOF WORK COMMENCEMENT.
