 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) SHEETS M0.1 & M1.1: REFER TO COMMENT #3 FROM THE 1ST
 REVIEW AND SECTION 404.2 MINIMUM VENTILATION FOR
 PARKING GARAGES. PLEASE PROVIDE EXHAUST CACULATIONS
 BASED ON A MINIMUM AIRFLOW RATE OF 0.05 CFMS PER SQ.
 FT. AND A MAXIMUM CAPABILITY OF 0.75 CFMS PER SQ. FT.
 PLACE A NOTE THAT THE SYSTEM WILL OPERATE CONTINUOUSLY
 NOT BELOW THE MINIMUM AIRFLOW RATE.
  
 2) M1.1, DETAIL 2: PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN NARRATIVE
 TO ACCOMPANY AND CLARIFY THE GAS MONITORING CONTROL
 SEQUENCE OF OPERATION.
  
 3) M1.1: REFER TO COMMENT #9 FROM THE 1ST REVIEW AND
 SECTIONS 502.4 & 502.8. AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED
 INDICATE WHERE THE GOLF CART BATTERIES WILL BE STORED
 AND CHARGED AND PROVIDE CONTINOUS VENTILATION THAT WILL
 LIMIT THE CONCENTRATION OF HYDROGEN TO 1.0 PERCENT OF
 THE TOTAL VOLUME OF THE ROOM- SECTION 502.4.1. A) THE
 SUBMITTED DOCUMENT FROM "CLUB CAR" APPEARS TO BE JUST
 ONE PAGE OF A MULTI-PAGE DOCUMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 COMPLETE SUBMITTAL WITH A REVIEW AND APPROVAL STAMP BY
 THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. B) THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS ONLY
 TWO GAS SENSORS FOR THE ENTIRE AREA: PROVIDE
 MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS TO VERIFY THE SPACINGS
 ARE ADEQUATE, AND NOTE THAT A SENSOR WILL BE REQUIRED
 IN THE BATTERY STORAGE ROOM. C) PLEASE PLACE A NOTE ON
 THE PLANS PURSUANT TO TABLE 403.3 FOOTNOTE B THAT NO
 EXHAUST AIR FROM THE PARKING GARAGE WILL BE
 RECIRCULATED TO OCCUPIED SPACES VIA AHU-1.
  
 4) M1.1, M1.2, & M2.1- DETAIL 12: PROVIDE DUCT SMOKE
 DETECTORS IN THE RETURN AIR SYSTEMS OF AHU'S 1, 2, & 3-
 SECTION 606.2.1. PROVIDE SYMBOLS TO SHOW THE
 INSTALLATION LOCATIONS.
  
 5) M1.2 & M1.3 & M1.3: NO REFERENCE TO THE MUA FAN(S)
 FOR THE HOODS ARE SHOWN ON THE MECHANICAL FLOOR PLANS
 AND NO EQUIPMENT SCHEDULES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED, OR FAN
 LOCATIONS SHOWN.
  
 6) M1.2: THE 2X2' ACCESS PANEL FOR AHU-2 APPEARS TWO
 SMALL TO BE ABLE TO REMOVE AND REPLACE AHU-2, AND NO
 PANEL LOCATIONS ARE SHOWN FOR VAV BOXES AND FANS THAT
 ARE LOCATED ABOVE HARD CEILINGS- PLEASE SEE CODED NOTE
 #1 ON THE PLAN, AND SECTION 306.1 AND SHOW ALL PROPOSED
 PANEL LOCATIONS AND DIMENSIONS.
  
 7) M1.1: PROVIDE THE CLEARANCE DISTANCE MEASUREMENT
 BETWEEN EXHAUST FANS EF-3A & 3B AND THE 24X12 O/A
 LOUVER. THE LOCATIONS DO NOT APPEAR TO BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH EITHER 401.4 OR 506.3.13.3.
  
 8) M2.1 : PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA USED TO
 ESTABLISH THE TIE DOWN DESIGN FOR THE CONDENSERS, AND
 SUBMIT A FL. PRODUCT APPROVAL OR MIAMI-DADE NOA FOR THE
 CLIP. PLEASE NOTE ALL SUBMITTALS SHALL BEAR THE SHOP
 DRAWING APPROVAL STAMP FROM THE EOR.
  
 9) PLEASE PROVIDE A MECHANICAL ROOF PLAN SHOWING THE
 LOCATIONS OF OF EQUIPMENT, AND ALL MECHANICAL OR
 GRAVITY O/A INTAKE OPENINGS AND EXHAUST OUTLETS.
