 1) THE SUMMARY AC COOLING AND HEATING CALCULATIONS
 SHALL BEAR AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND SEAL BY THE
 ENGINEER OF RECORD- SECTION C403.2.1 EXCEPTION FBC-14
 ENERGY CONSERVATION, AND SECTION 61G15-23.005 FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
  
 2) THE ENERGYGAUGE COMPLIANCE SUBMITTAL MUST BEAR THE
 CERTIFICATION SIGNATURES OF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONALS
 AND THE OWNER/AGENT ON PAGE 3, AND MUST BE
 ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED AND SEALED PER SECTION
 61G15-23.005 FAC.
  
 3) PROVIDE EXHAUST VENTILATION CALULATIONS FOR THE
 PARKING GARAGE, THE LOCKER ROOMS AND BATHROOMS, AND THE
 KITCHEN PER TABLE 403.3. A) INDICATE HOW MAKEUP AIR IS
 BEING PROVIDED FOR THE GARAGE AND LOCKER ROOM EXHAUST
 SYSTEMS. B) PROVIDE AIR BALANCE CALCULATIONS FOR BOTH
 FLOORS THAT INCLUDE ALL EXHAUST SYSTEMS.
  
 4) ADVISORY: SEPARATE PERMITS AND PLANS ARE REQUIRED
 FOR THE KITCHEN EXHAUST SYSTEM, THE KITCHEN HOOD FIRE
 SUPPRESSION, AND THE WALK-IN COOLER/FREEZER. PLEASE
 PLACE A NOTE ON THE PLANS ACCORDINGLY. PLEASE NOTE THE
 FOLLOWING: A) THE HOOD EXHAUST FAN OUTLETS TERMINATING
 AT THE EXTERIOR WALL SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 506.3.13.2. B) THE FANS MUST BE ANCHORED TO THE
 BUILDING TO WITHSTAND THE DESIGN WINDLOADS AND
 PRESSURES, AND INSTALLED IN A MANNER TO PREVENT WATER
 INTRUSION.
  
 5) THE AC EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE ON M-3.1 INDICATES THAT AN
 ERV IS REQUIRED FOR AHU-1: REFER TO TABLE C403.2.6 AND
 SECTION C403.2.6 FBC-14 ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 6) M-3.1: PROVIDE AN EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE VAV
 BOXES.
  
 7) M-3.1: PROVIDE CONTROL SEQUENCES FOR ALL EXHAUST
 SYSTEMS.
  
 8) M-1.1: LABEL THE AIR HANDLER, IDENTIFY AND LABEL THE
 SUPPLY DIFFUSERS AND RETURN GRILLS.
  
 9) M-1.1: PROVIDE VENTILATION FOR THE BAG STORAGE,
 STORAGE, AND MAINTENANCE ROOMS- TABLE 403.3. PLEASE SEE
 SECTION 502 AND ALL APPLICABLE SUB-SECTIONS AND PROVIDE
 EXHAUST VENTILATION WHERE REQUIRED FOR ALL FUEL, OR
 BATTERY STORAGE ROOMS OR AREAS. PLEASE NOTE THAT A
 DETAILED LIST OF ALL HAZARDOUS MATERIALS AND THEIR
 QUANTITIES MAY BE REQUIRED PER SECTION414.1.3 FBC-14
 BUILDING.
  
 10) M-1.1 & M-1.2: FIRE DAMPERS ARE REQUIRED WHERE THE
 32X20, 22X14, AND 3" DUCTS PENETRATE THE FLOOR/CEILING
 ASSEMBLY- SECTION 607.6.2.
  
 11) M-1.1 & M-1.2: THE PLANS ARE INDICATING AIR FROM
 THE GROUND FLOOR GARAGE WILL BE RECIRCULATED INTO THE
 OCCUPIED AREAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR WHICH IS PROHIBITED
 BY FOOTNOTE B, TABLE 403.3.
  
 12) M-1.1: PROVIDE THE EXHAUST OUTLET CLEARANCE
 DISTANCES AS OUTLINED IN SECTION 501.3.1.
  
 13) M.1-1: CORRECT THE DUCT HEIGHT NOTE TO INDICATE
 MINIMUM 7'0" CLEARANCE FROM FINISHED GARAGE FLOOR TO
 BOTTOM OF THE DUCT- SECTION 406.4.1 FBC-14 BUILDING.
  
 14) M-1.2: THE PLAN DOES NOT APPEAR TO SHOW ANY EXHAUST
 VENTILATION FOR THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S LOCKER ROOMS
 WHICH IS REQUIRED BY TABLE 403.3. PLEASE SEE FOOTNOTE G
 AS IT APPEARS RECIRCULATION FROM THOSE AREAS IS
 EXCEEDING THE ALLOWABLE MAXIMUM.
  
 15) M-1.2: THE PLAN APPEARS TO SHOW TWO L4 DIFFUSERS IN
 THE RECEPTION ROOM CONNECTED TO TWO B RETURN GRILLS IN
 THE GOLF-PRO OFFICE.
  
 16) M-1.2: PROVIDE ALL FLEX DUCT SIZES.
  
 17) M-1.2: INDICATE HOW ACCESS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR
 MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF AHU'S 2 & 3- SECTION
 306.1.
  
 18) M-1.2: PROVIDE ENGINEERED DETAILS FOR TIE DOWN OF
 THE AC CONDENSER UNITS- SECTION 301.15.
  
 19) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A VALID FL.PRODUCT APPROVAL
 AND/OR MIAMI-DADE NOA FOR THE LOUVERS- RULE 9N-B FAC.
  
 20) A COMPLETE REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT CANNOT BE
 PERFORMED AT THIS TIME DUE TO A LACK OF INFORMATION. IN
 ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE SECOND REVIEW PLEASE PROVIDED A
 DETAILED NARRATIVE THAT ITEMIZES ALL CORRECTIONS MADE
 TO THE PLANS. PLEASE NOTE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY
 FOLLOW THIS INITIAL REVIEW.
