 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE THE OCCUPANCY CLASSFICATION PER THE
 FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE.
  
 ONE UNIT, # 5, HAS 6 BEDROOMS, A GAME ROOM, COMMON
 WASHER/DRYER ROOM AND APPEARS TO HAVE A POSSIBLE USE
 BEYOND A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE.
  
  
 2) AS SUBMITTED THE CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE, NFPA 101, CHAPTER 30, NEW
 APARTMENT BUILDINGS AND ALL APPLICABLE CODES.
  
 UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED SEPARATLY BY THE CORRECTION
 OF # 1 ABOVE, PLEASE PROVIDE AN APPLICABLE NOTE,
  
  
 3) A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS NOT INDICATED. PER NFPA
 101, CHAPTER 30:
  
 30.3.5 EXTINGUISHMENT REQUIREMENTS.
 30.3.5.1 ALL BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROTECTED THROUGHOUT BY
 AN APPROVED, SUPERVISED AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 30.3.5.2.
 30.3.5.2 WHERE AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS
 INSTALLED, EITHER FOR TOTAL OR PARTIAL BUILDING
 COVERAGE, THE SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 9.7, AS MODIFIED BY 30.3.5.3 AND
 30.3.5.4. IN BUILDINGS FOUR OR FEWER STORIES ABOVE
 GRADE PLANE, SYSTEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 13R,
 STANDARD FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SPRINKLER SYSTEMS IN
 LOW-RISE RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCIES, SHALL BE PERMITTED.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE FIRE SPRINKLER DRAWINGS OR A NARRATIVE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH FS 61G - PER FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE
 CODE SECTION 61G15-32.004, FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEERING
 DOCUMENTS SHALL INCLUDE THE POINT OF SERVICE FOR THE
 WATER SUPPLY, A LIST OF APPLICABLE NFPA STANDARDS
 APPLICABLE TO THE PROJECT, CLASSIFICATION OF HAZARD
 OCCUPANCY FOR EACH ROOM OR AREA, SUPPRESSION SYSTEM
 TYPE, DESIGN DENSITIES, WATER SUPPLY DATA (FIRE PUMP
 DATA, HYDRANT FLOW TEST DATA) AND ANY PERFORMANCE BASED
 INFORMATION SUCH AS PRE-ENGINEERED SYSTEMS.
  
  
  
 4) A FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IN NOT INDICATED. PER NFPA 101,
 CHAPTER 30 & CHAPTER 9.
  
 30.3.5.1 ALL BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROTECTED THROUGHOUT BY
 AN APPROVED, SUPERVISED AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 30.3.5.2.
  
 9.6 FIRE DETECTION, ALARM, AND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS.
 9.6.1* GENERAL.
 9.6.1.1 THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 9.6 SHALL APPLY ONLY
 WHERE SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED BY ANOTHER SECTION OF THIS
 CODE OR WHERE SUPERVISION OF A NEW FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM OR NEW FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IS REQUIRED BY THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
  
  
 5) PER FLORIDA 69A-60.0081; NOTICE SIGNAGE IS REQUIRED
 FOR STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS-TYPE
 CONSTRUCTION. ANY COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, OR ANY
 MULTIUNIT RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE OF THREE UNITS OR MORE
 WHICH USES HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL LIGHT-FRAME
 TRUSS-TYPE CONSTRUCTION IN ANY PORTION SHALL BE MARKED
 WITH A MALTESE CROSS SIGN MEASURING 8 INCHES
 HORIZONTALLY AND 8 INCHES VERTICALLY, OF A BRIGHT RED
 REFLECTIVE COLOR. THE APPROVED SYMBOL SHALL BE PLACED
 WITHIN 24 INCHES TO THE LEFT OF THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR.
 A. STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS ROOFS SHALL BE
 MARKED WITH THE LETTER "R".
 B. STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS FLOOR SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE MARKED WITH THE LETTER "F".
 C. STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT-FRAME TRUSS FLOOR AND ROOF
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE MARKED WITH THE LETTERS "R/F".
  
  
  
 6) THE PROPOSED LAUNDRY ROOM SHALL BE PROTECTED BY 1 -
 HOUR SEPARATION AND FIRE SPRINKLERS
  
 PER NFPA 101, CHAPTER 30,
  
 30.3.2 PROTECTION FROM HAZARDS.
 30.3.2.1 HAZARDOUS AREAS. ANY HAZARDOUS AREA SHALL BE
 PROTECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 8.7.

 SHALL BE PROTECTED AS INDICATED.
