 1) SECTION 94-485(B)(2) PROVIDES THAT ON-STREET PARKING
 DIRECTLY AND WHOLLY ABUTTING THE SUBJECT PROPERTY MAY
 BE COUNTED TOWARDS THE PARKING REQUIREMENT, PROVIDED
 THAT: A. SUCH SPACES ARE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE SITE
 PLAN AND PAVEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROPRIATE
 CITY, COUNTY AND STATE STANDARDS. UYEN DANG, CITY
 TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER, HAS RE-REVIEWED THE PROPOSED
 LAYOUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENT TO MARK
 PARKING SPACE ON THE PAVEMENT AND DETERMINED THAT THERE
 IS NOT ADEQUATE PAVED ROADWAY WIDTH WITHIN THE HAMPTON
 ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY TO PERMIT THE PROPOSED ON-STREET
 PARKING SPACE TO BE STRIPED ON THE PAVEMENT. FACTORS
 THAT LED TO THIS DETERMINATION INCLUDE THE PAVEMENT
 WIDTH, THE PROXIMITY TO THE RAILROAD TRACKS, AND THE
 3111 S. DIXIE MIXED-USE PROJECT THAT IS CURRENTLY BEING
 CONSIDERED BY THE CITY COMMISSION FOR THE NORTH SIDE OF
 HAMPTON ROAD.
  
 2) THE REQUIRED PARKING FOR THE BUILDING MAY NOT BE
 REDUCED AS IT CURRENTLY MEETS CODE.
  
 3) THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT SHALL APPROVE THE RELOCATION
 OF THE ADA PARKING SPACE.
  
 4) THIS DOES NOT COUNT AS A REVIEW STOP.
