 1. THE SOILS REPORT IS FOR A WALL. THE PLAN IS FOR
 SHEET PILES. HAVE SOILS ENGINEER EITHER REVISE THE
 REPORT OR PROVIDE A LETTER WITH RECOMMENDATIONS, FBC
 5TH EDITION RESIDENTIAL 401.4.
  
 2. THE SOILS REPORT IS A PHOTOCOPY. DOCUMENTS PREPARED
 BY AN ENGINEER AND SUBMITTED FOR PUBLIC RECORD ARE TO
 BE SIGNED, SEALED, DATED ORIGINALS FS471.
  
 3. THE ENGINEER FOR THE PROJECT IS TO REVIEW THE SOILS
 REPORT. EVIDENCE THAT THIS HAS BEEN DONE IS TO BE
 PROVIDED BY EITHER A SIGNED AND SEALED LETTER, A SHOP
 DRAWING REVIEW STAMP ON THE SOILS REPORT, OR REVISE THE
 PLAN TO ADD A NOTE. IF THE PLAN IS REVISED, REMOVE ALL
 REFERENCES TO THE CHAIN LINK FENCE.
  
 4. SHEET PILE INSTALLATION REQUIRES MONITORING. THE
 RESIDENT INSPECTOR AGREEMENT AND POLICY HAS BEEN SENT
 VIA EMAIL. ALL PARTIES ARE TO SIGN THE RESIDENT
 INSPECTOR AGREEMENT. THE RESIDENT INSPECTOR IS TO BE
 APPROVED BY KEN CONRAD. PROVIDE THE INSPECTOR'S RESUME
 AS WELL AS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESUME SHOWING EXPERIENCE
 WITH SIMILAR PROJECTS, FBC 110.3.9.
  
 5. PROVIDE SPECS AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE
 PILINGS, FBC 107. PLANS REFER TO THE INSTRUCTIONS BUT
 THEY WERE NOT PROVIDED.
  
 6. PROVIDE A SURVEY FOR THIS PROPERTY. SURVEY IS TO
 SHOW ALL EASEMENTS. IF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT IS
 LOCATED IN A UTILITY EASEMENT, PROVIDE EASEMENT
 RELEASES FROM ALL EASEMENT HOLDERS.
  
 7. PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING HOW THE SEISMIC
 MONITORING WILL BE DONE. PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING
 THE DISTANCE OF THE SHEET PILE TO OTHER STRUCTURES,
 INCLUDING POOLS, ON THE ADJACENT EAST LOT. HOW MUCH
 SEISMIC EFFECT IS ANTICIPATED, AND HOW FAR FROM OTHER
 STRUCTURES IS RECOMMENDED TO AVOID DAMAGE? THE SITE
 PLAN SHOWS A POOL AND CONCRETE PADS ON THE SUBJECT
 PARCEL; ISN'T THERE A HOUSE ON THIS LOT? THE SITE PLAN
 DOES NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THE ADJACENT
 LOT; ISN'T THERE A HOUSE AND POOL ON THE ADJACENT LOT?
  
 8. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT FOR THIS JOB, FBC
