 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE WORK AREA EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE AGGREGATE
 AREA OF THE STRUCTURE. THEREFORE, THIS PROJECT IS A
 LEVEL 3 ALTERATION PER FBC EXISTING BUILDING SECTION
 505.1.
  
 2) FBC-R310.1 EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE REQUIRED.
 BASEMENTS, HABITABLE ATTICS AND EVERY SLEEPING ROOM
 SHALL HAVE AT LEAST ONE OPERABLE EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND
 RESCUE OPENING. SPECIFY THE TYPE AND THE SIZE OF THE
 WINDOWS IN BEDROOM NUMBER 3 TO SHOW THAT THEY MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF FBC-R310.1, R301.1.1, R301.1.2 &
 R301.1.3.
  
 3) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF
 THE DIFFERENT ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW/GLASS TYPES,
 STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES. THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE CGI
 MULLIONS WITH NOA NO. 15-0420.07 IS NOT LISTED IN THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SCHEDULE ON SHEET 2 AND DOES NOT HAVE
 A SHOP REVIEW STAMP FROM THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 4) THE PLANS ARE LABELED PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2. SINCE
 THEY WERE BOTH SUBMITTED UNDER THE SAME PERMIT NUMBER
 ALL OF THE WORK SHOWN FOR BOTH PHASES WILL NEED TO BE
 COMPLETED BEFORE A FINAL INSPECTION CAN BE APPROVED AND
 A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION ISSUED. FBC 111.4
  
 5) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT A
 RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
 COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
