 ADMINISTRATION
  
 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) NONE OF THE PLANS SUBMITTED OR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
 PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FOR GENERATORS AND OR
 COVERS EXPOSED TO WIND. 2014 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN
 DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 1.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR (KM/HR) AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED,
 VASD, AS DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 1609.3.1.
  
 1.2. RISK CATEGORY.
  
 1.3. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE
 THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS UTILIZED. TABLE 1609.7.2.
 HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE.
  
 1.4. APPLICABLE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
  
 1.5. DESIGN WIND PRESSURES TO BE USED FOR EXTERIOR
 COMPONENT AND CLADDING MATERIALS NOT SPECIFICALLY
 DESIGNED BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURE, PSF (KN/
 M2).
  
 TABLE 1609.7(2) ADJUSTMENT FACTORS FOR HEIGHT &
 EXPOSURE. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE
 BUILDING.
  
 1609.3.1 WIND SPEED CONVERSION VULT TO VASD.
  
 2) PLEASE SHOW HOW THE DAY TANK AND GENERATOR ARE GOING
 TO BE HELD AGAINST THE MOMENT OF OVERTURNING.
 2014 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY
