 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THIS IS A REVISION TO THE PLANS EITHER A REVISION TO
 THE PLANS IS REQUIRED OR A SIGNED AND SEALED LETTER
 FROM THE DESIGNER OF RECORD WOULD BE REQUIRED. 2014
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS
 TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.4 AMENDED CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. WORK SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REVIEWED CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS, AND ANY CHANGES MADE DURING CONSTRUCTION
 THAT ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REVIEWED
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RESUBMITTED FOR REVIEW
 AS AN AMENDED SET OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 2) NEITHER OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WERE
 REVIEWED AND STAMPED WITH THE DESIGNER OF RECORD SHOP
 DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL. FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE
 DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE
 ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING
 ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS, SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
