 1. ALL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT APPLICATION. THE APPLICATION SHALL BE
 ACCOMPANIED BY TWO (2) SETS OF SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE
 PLANS AND A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE (MATERIAL + LABOR).
  
 2. PURSUANT TO INFORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW CASE NO.
 15-04?
  
  A. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT:
  
  I. OUTSTANDING UTILITY LETTERS SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM
 THE FOLLOWING: CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH; FLORIDA PUBLIC
 UTILITIES; AND COMCAST. ADDITIONALLY, AN UPDATED LETTER
 FROM AT&T SHALL BE PROVIDED AS THE PREVIOUS LETTER
 REFERENCED MIAMI-DADE COUNTY.
  
  II. APPROVAL SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM THE CITY?S
 SANITATION DIVISION REGARDING THE PLACEMENT OF THE
 DUMPSTER. WRITTEN APPROVAL SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 3. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF ANY TREES ON THE PROPERTY, A
 TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ?
 PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 4. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY:
  
  A. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF
 RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH
 THIS PETITION.
  
  B. ALL IMPROVEMENTS (STRIPING, CURING, ETC.) PROPOSED
 WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL BE PERMITTED
 THROUGH THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ENGINEERING
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 5. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION ADJACENT TO THE
 PROPERTY. A SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE
 CITY MAY BE REQUIRED.
