 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 SAME LOT ARE TO BE CONSIDERED ONE BUILDING OR SHALL BE
 CONSIDERED AS PORTIONS OF ONE BUILDING IF THE BUILDING
 HEIGHT OF EACH BUILDING AND THE AGGREGATE BUILDING AREA
 OF THE BUILDINGS ARE WITHIN THE LIMITATIONS OF TABLE
 503 AS MODIFIED BY SECTIONS 504 AND 506.
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS NOT PROVIDED THE MINIMUM
 BUILDING TYPE PER TABLE 503 FBC-B 2014 EDITION AND OR
 IF EITHER AREA INCREASES WERE TAKEN FOR FRONTAGE OR FOR
 FIRE SPRINKLERS, IF SO PLEASE PROVIDE THE EQUATION FOR
 SUCH. 2014 FBC-B 506.2, 506.3 AND EQUATION 5-1.
  
 1B) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET DOES NOT INDICATE IF THIS
 BUILDING IS GOING TO BE FIRE SPRINKLERED OR IS REQUIRED
 TO HAVE FIRE SPRINKLERS, IF REQUIRED. 2014 FBC-B 506.3
 AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM INCREASE, (FIRE SPRINKLERS).
  
 1C) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN ALSO INDICATES THE A3 ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY IS AN ACCESSORY OCCUPANCY TO THE F1
 OCCUPANCY. TO BE A CONSIDERED ANCILLARY TO THE
 PRINCIPAL PURPOSE FOR WHICH THE STRUCTURE IS OCCUPIED.
 THIS MEANS THAT THE PURPOSE AND FUNCTION OF THE AREA IS
 SUBORDINATE AND SECONDARY TO THE STRUCTURES PRIMARY
 FUNCTION. ANOTHER WORDS IF THE F1 USAGE WAS REMOVED THE
 ANCILLARY A3 COULD NOT FUNCTION. THIS IS TWO INDIVIDUAL
 TENANTS WITH DIFFERENT USAGES/ OCCUPANCIES THAT ARE
 INDEPENDENT TO THEM SELVES AND NOT DEPENDENT ON THE
 OTHER FOR ANY USAGE. THAT BEING SAID THE RESTROOMS
 SHOULD BE CONSIDERED COMMON AREA A UTILITY OCCUPANCY
 THAT WOULD BE COMMON ANCILLARY TO BOTH OCCUPANCIES AND
 TENANTS.
 THE PLANS WILL NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE
 508.4, OF THE 2014 FBC-B.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE THE 3 COLORED COPIES OF SOILS REPORTS

 BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH
 SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL PAPER OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE
 MEDIUM. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM.
 3B) THE PAVING PLAN INDICATES THE USE OF SINGLE LINE
 STRIPING IN THE PARKING LOT. THE CITY USES A DOUBLE
 LINE STRIPING SEE THE CITY MUNI CODE 94-485 STALL
 PAINTING DETAIL, 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE ADVISORY
 502.3.3 MARKING. THE METHOD AND COLOR OF MARKING ARE
 NOT SPECIFIED BY THESE REQUIREMENTS BUT MAY BE
 ADDRESSED BY STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS.
  
 3C) THE PARKING AT THE SOUTH END OF THE PARKING LOT IS
 LABELED AS 9 PARKING SPACES WHERE THERE IS 6, PLEASE
 CORRECT THE TYPO. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4A) THIS REVIEW CYCLE NO PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE
 SUBMITTED, THE DESIGNER OF RECORD CAN DEFER THE
 SUBMITTAL OF PRODUCT APPROVALS UNTIL AFTER PERMIT
 ISSUANCE, A WRITTEN RESPONSE WOULD BE REQUIRED.
 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE
 PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE
 DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT
 SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE
 APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL
 OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR
 REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE

 (G) PRE-ENGINEERED A/C STANDS
  
 4C) THE M1.1, SHOWS ERV-1 AS INSTALLED ROOF TOP A/ C
 EQUIPMENT ON TOP OF A ROOF TOP CURB. THERE ARE NO
 DETAILS IN EITHER THE STRUCTURAL PLANS NOR MECHANICAL
 PLANS INDICATING THE REQUIRED FRAMING FROM ROOF FRAMING
 MEMBERS AND OR IF EXTRA FRAMING AND HEADERS ARE
 REQUIRED. THE PLANS ARE SILENT ON THE ANCHORING OF THE
 MECHANICAL CURB TO THE MAIN WIND FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM
 (MWFRS). FOR ALL ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT, CURBS OR A/C
 STANDS, DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING & DECK
 AS WELL AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE EQUIPMENT
 ABOVE. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR PERMIT
 ISSUANCE.
 2014 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
  
 4D) THE M1.2 & M1.3 BOTH SHOW THE USE OF ROOF TOP A/C
 CURBS, AND FUTURE ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT. SAME REQUIREMENTS
 AS 4C BUT WITHOUT THE EQUIPMENT. HOW WILL THE CURBS
 OPENING BE SEALED AGAINST RAIN? 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE.
  
 4E) THE ENERGY CODE CHECK LIST TOTAL BUILDING
 PERFORMANCE COMPLIANCE OPTION FOR BOTH FLAT ROOF AND
 PITCHED ROOF BOTH SHOW THE REQUIREMENT FOR R-11 GENERIC
 INSULATION. PLEASE PROVIDE HOW COMPLIANCE WILL BE
 ACHIEVED. TOTAL BUILDING PERFORMANCE COMPLIANCE OPTION.
  
 5) SHEETS A2.01, A2.02 & A2.03 ALL SHOW AN OPTION FOR
 FUTURE DOUBLE DOORS. THE 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W
 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION SECTION 107.2.1 DOES
 NOT ALLOW FOR OPTIONS. SEE 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC, AND THE TECHNICAL
 CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR
 SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A
 SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION.
  
 6A) SHEET A3.01 DETAIL # 4 INDICATES THE METAL AWNING S
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE SOUTH FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
 PLEASE UPDATE TO THE CURRENT 2014 FBC-B.
  
 6B) SHEET A3.01 INDICATES THE USE OF METAL AWNINGS BUT
 NOT THE WIND LOAD DESIGN. 2014 3105.5.1 LOADS.
 RIGID AWNINGS AND CANOPY SHUTTERS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO
 RESIST THE LOADS SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 16 OF THIS CODE.
  
 6C) ALL ELEVATION SHEETS SHOW PRESSURES IN VULT AS WELL
 AS ON SHEET S0.3 PLEASE NOTE ALL OF THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS ARE IN VASD, PLEASE PROVIDE THE PRESSURES IN
 VASD FOR COMPARING THE PRESSURES TO THE PRODUCT

 7) PLEASE SEE SHEET A6.01 THE TENANT SEPARATION/
 OCCUPANCY SEPARATION WALL BETWEEN THE A3 ASSEMBLY AND
 RESTROOM(UTILITY) THIS SHOULD BE A FIRE RATED WALL AS
 PER TABLE 508.4. & 714.1.1 OF THE 2014 FBC-B.
  
 8) EITHER THE D2.01 OR LS1.01 SHOULD INDICATE THE TOTAL
 FEET OF BUILDING BEING REMOVED AND THE NEW SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF SPACE THAT IS BEING ADDED FOR RECORD KEEPING
 PURPOSES AS WELL AS FOR IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT.
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 9) CONTRACTOR/ QUALIFIER SHALL SIGN AND BE NOTIRIZED

 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL

 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
