 1) SHEET S0.1 INDICATES PRESSURES FOR THIS BUILDING.
 THERE IS A TABLE FOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING FOR
 PRESSURES FOR BUILDINGS GREATER THAN 60 FT. THE TABLE
 ITSELF IS NOT IDENTIFIED? THE DESIGN CRITERIA INDICATES
 ASCE 710 170 VULT/ EXPOSURE D. PLEASE NOTE THE
 PRESSURES ARE LOW WHEN COMPARED TO ASCE 7-10 TABLE
 30.7.2 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING PART 4 / V= 160-200 MPH/
 VULT/ H=90-160. PLEASE NOTE THE PROVIDED PRESSURES ARE
 EVEN LOWER THAN THE PRESSURES PREFORMED IN THE WIND
 TUNNEL TESTING FOR THIS BUILDING.

 THRESHOLDS. THRESHOLDS AND CHANGES IN LEVEL AT DOORWAYS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 404.2.5. 404.2.5 THRESHOLDS.
 THRESHOLDS, IF PROVIDED AT DOORWAYS, SHALL BE 1/2 INCH
 (13 MM) HIGH MAXIMUM. RAISED THRESHOLDS AND CHANGES IN
 LEVEL AT DOORWAYS SHALL COMPLY WITH 302 AND 303.
 EXCEPTION: EXISTING OR ALTERED THRESHOLDS 3/4 INCH (19
 MM) HIGH MAXIMUM THAT HAVE A BEVELED EDGE ON EACH SIDE

 5) SHEET A1.1 SHOWS A NEW A/C STAND PLEASE PROVIDE
 COMPLIANCE WHEN SUBMITTING THE ROOF TOP STAND PRODUCT
 APPROVAL, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE CALCULATION OF THE AREA
 OF THE ROOF TOP COMPRESSORS, THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF
 THE STAND AND COMPRESSORS, WEIGHT, CIRCLED THE DESIGN
 PARAMETERS IN THE TABLES , ANCHORS AND UPLIFT VERSES
 MOMENT.
 2014 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
  
 6) PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B 1509.6.4
 EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES ON ROOFS OR ELEVATED
 STRUCTURES. WHERE EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES REQUIRING
 ACCESS ARE INSTALLED ON ROOFS OR ELEVATED STRUCTURES AT
 A HEIGHT EXCEEDING 16 FEET), SUCH ACCESS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED BY A PERMANENT APPROVED MEANS OF ACCESS, THE
 EXTENT OF WHICH SHALL BE FROM GRADE OR FLOOR LEVEL TO
 THE EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES? LEVEL SERVICE SPACE. SUCH
 ACCESS SHALL NOT REQUIRE CLIMBING OVER OBSTRUCTIONS
 GREATER THAN 30 INCHES HIGH.
  
 7) THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE
 SPECIFICATIONS & WELDER WELD OPERATOR PERFORMANCE
 QUALIFIACTION RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED
 STANDARD. 2014 FBC-B 2204.1 WELDING. THE DETAILS OF
 DESIGN, WORKMANSHIP AND TECHNIQUE FOR WELDING,
 INSPECTION OF WELDING AND QUALIFICATION OF WELDING
 OPERATORS SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 SPECIFICATIONS LISTED IN SECTIONS 2205, 2206, 2207,
 2210 AND 2211.
  
 8) THE LIFESAFETY SHEET LS1.0 SHOWS THE TABLE AND CHAIR
 LAYOUT INSIDE, NO SEATING IS SHOWN ON THE EXTERIOR OF
 THE BUILDING, PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014
 FL. ACCESSIBILITY CODE:
  
 8A) 226.1WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE
 CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE
 SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING
 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902. IN ADDITION, WHERE WORK
 SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR USE BY OTHER THAN EMPLOYEES,
 AT LEAST 5 PERCENT SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
  
 8B) 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES REQUIRED TO
 COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED THROUGHOUT THE SPACE
 OR FACILITY CONTAINING DINING SURFACES.
  
 8C) 902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 8D) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND WORK
 SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES (710 MM) MINIMUM AND 34
 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
 GROUND.
  
 9) APPROXIMATELY 488 SQUARE FEET OF INTERIOR A/C AREA
 IS BEING ADDED TO THE BUILDING, MAY REQUIRE IMPACT FEE
 ASSESSMENT.
 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
