 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE NOTE (3) SEPARATE BUILDING PERMITS SUBMITTED
 AND ONLY (3) SETS OF PLANS WERE SUBMITTED. 2014 FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 SECTION 107 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS. 107.1 SUBMITTAL
 DOCUMENTS CONSISTING OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS,
 GEOTECHNICAL REPORT AND OTHER DATA SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 IN TWO OR MORE SETS WITH EACH PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2) SITE PLANS WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY NORTH AND WHICH
 UNITS ARE NORTH, SOUTH AND WEST AS INDICATED ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 3) PLEASE DECLARE COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B 503.1.2
 BUILDINGS ON SAME LOT. TWO OR MORE BUILDINGS ON THE
 SAME LOT SHALL BE REGULATED AS SEPARATE BUILDINGS OR
 SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS PORTIONS OF ONE BUILDING IF THE
 BUILDING HEIGHT OF EACH BUILDING AND THE AGGREGATE
 BUILDING AREA OF THE BUILDINGS ARE WITHIN THE
 LIMITATIONS OF TABLE 503 AS MODIFIED BY SECTIONS 504
 AND 506. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE APPLICABLE TO THE
 AGGREGATE BUILDING SHALL BE APPLICABLE TO EACH
 BUILDING.
  
 4) THERE IS A PLAN 11X17 OF THE 3 UNITS RAISED DECK,
 STAIRS, RAMP WITH HAND RAILS AND GUARDRAILS. NO ONE HAS
 TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS PLAN ?
 107.3.4 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE.

 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
