 1) SHEET SP-1 & A1.1 BOTH SHOW DOOR 102A HANDRAILS AT
 THE LANDING AND STAIRS. BETWEEN THE DOOR AND HANDRAIL
 AT THE LATCH SIDE OF THE DOOR PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 2014 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 404.2.4 ALSO
 SEE FIGURE 404.2.4.1.(A).
  
 2) SHEET SP-1 & A1.1 THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING NOW SHOWS A
 RAMP TO DOOR 108. TO GAIN ACCESS FROM THE ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACE ONE HAS TO CROSS THE 10 X 25 FOOT LOADING
 ZONE. PLEASE REVIEW 2014 ACCESS. CODE 208.3.1. ( FL.
 SPECIFIC/ GRAY BOX)
 ALL SPACES MUST BE LOCATED ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE THAT
 IS AT LEAST 44 INCHES (1118 MM) WIDE AND SO THAT USERS
 ARE NOT COMPELLED TO WALK OR WHEEL BEHIND PARKED
 VEHICLES EXCEPT BEHIND HIS OR HER OWN VEHICLE.
  
 3) DOOR 100B THE LANDING IS TO NARROW FOR THE DOOR
 SWING, SEE:
 3A) 2014 ACCESS. CODE SECTION 404.2.4.1 AND FIGURE (E)
 54 INCHES.
 3B) 2014 FBC-B 1005.7.1 DOORS. DOORS, WHEN FULLY
 OPENED, SHALL NOT REDUCE THE REQUIRED WIDTH BY MORE
 THAN 7 INCHES. DOORS IN ANY POSITION SHALL NOT REDUCE
 THE REQUIRED WIDTH BY MORE THAN ONE-HALF. 36 + 22= 58
 INCHES.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
