 2) PLEASE REVIEW ART IN PUBLIC PLACES. THE CITY OF WEST
 PALM BEACH ART IN PUBLIC PLACES ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT
 THAT APPLIES TO ANY REMODEL OR NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
 FOR WHICH THE PERMIT APPLICATION WAS SUBMITTED AFTER
 6/29/14, AND THE TOTAL PROJECT CONSTRUCTION COSTS ARE
 EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $750,000 WILL NEED TO COMPLY
 WITH THIS ORDINANCE.

 78-126(A), THE ART ASSESSMENT IS 1% OF THE TOTAL
 PROJECT CONSTRUCTION COST.
 PER CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES, ARTICLE
 V, ART IN PUBLIC PLACES, SECTION 78-122, RENOVATION AND
 NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS ARE ASSESSED CUMULATIVELY, SO
 THE ART ASSESSMENT WILL BE APPLICABLE TO ALL FUTURE
 PROJECTS.

 SECTION 94-546. STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN
 "A 9" FLOOD ZONE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION IS 13.0 FT.
 NGVD. A FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED.
 PLEASE REVIEW CITY ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY REQUIREMENTS
 REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES OF ELEVATION OR A
 MINIMUM FINISH FLOOR OF 13.5 FT. NGVD OR ON COMMERCIAL

 IDENTIFIED AS 108 BUT THE END USAGE IS NOT SHOWN? THERE
 IS NO FLOOR PLAN SHOWING A FURNITURE LAYOUT AND THE
 EGRESS PATH THRU THIS ROOM. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE CODE COMPLIANCE.
 5) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET ALS1.1 SHOWS THE USE OF A LULA

 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 207.1 ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2003 IBC SECTION 1007. 2003 IBC-B
 1007.1. WHERE 2 OR MORE MEANS OF EGRESS IS REQUIRED BY
 SECTION 1014.1 OR 1018.1 FROM ANY ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF
 THE SPACE SHALL BE SERVED BY NOT LESS THAN TWO
 ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS.
 PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH ACCESS. CODE SECTION
 408.1. LIMITED-USE/LIMITED-APPLICATION ELEVATORS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 408 AND WITH ASME A17.1 (INCORPORATED BY
 REFERENCE, SEE ?REFERENCED STANDARDS? IN CHAPTER 1).
 THEY SHALL BE PASSENGER ELEVATORS AS CLASSIFIED BY ASME

 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
