 OCCUPANCY GROUP AND SPECIAL OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS
 SHALL BE DETERMINED.
 MINIMUM TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE DETERMINED (SEE
 TABLE 503). PROVIDE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF BUILDING.
 FIRE-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE
 THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS:
 FIRE-RESISTANT SEPARATIONS
 FIRE-RESISTANT PROTECTION FOR TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION
 FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS REQUIRED? YES OR NO, THEY
 SHALL INCLUDE:
 SCHEMATIC FIRE SPRINKLERS/ PRE-ENGINEERED SYSTEMS
 LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
 REQUIREMENTS:
 OCCUPANT LOAD AND EGRESS CAPACITIES

 ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE ACCESS CODE
 SIGNS SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 216 AND
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 703.
  
 2) SINCE THERE IS NO CODE INFORMATION PROVIDED NO LIFE
 SAFETY PLAN FOR WHICH WAY THE OCCUPANTS WILL BE
 TRAVELING TO REACH AN EXIT NOR THE QUANTITY OF
 OCCUPANTS EACH CORRIDOR WILL BE HANDLING COMPLIANCE
 CANNOT BE DETERMINED FOR 2014 FBC-B TABLE 1018.1
 BUSINESS CORRIDORS WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD GREATER THAN
 30 IN A NON-SPRINKLERED BUILDING WOULD REQUIRE 1 HOUR
 FIRE RATED CORRIDORS AND OPENING PROTECTIVES IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH FBC-B TABLE 716.5.
 3) SHEET A-1 SHOWS THE TENANT SPACE IS APPROXIMATELY
 8,500 SQUARE FEET IN AREA AND APPEARS TO BE A MIXED USE
 OCCUPANCY BETWEEN A BUSINESS AND A2/A3 ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY OF APPROXIMATELY 1,150 SQ. FT. WHICH IS OVER
 10 % OF THE TENANT FLOOR AREA. THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY HOW THE MIXED USE OCCUPANCY IS
 GOING TO BE CLASSIFIED? AS SEPARATED UNDER 508.3.3 OR
 NONSEPARATED OCCUPANCIES UNDER 508.3.
  
 4) THERE ARE NO SECTIONS FOUND ON SHEET A1 FOR AN
 ACCESSIBLE FRONT OFFICE CHECK IN NOR ANY FOR CHECKING
 OUT. FBC-ACCESS. CODE 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF WORK
 SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES (710 MM) MINIMUM AND 34
 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
 GROUND. 904.3.3 CHECK WRITING SURFACES.

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
