 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING. UNDER THE 2014 FBC-B TABLE
 503 FOR A TYPE VB /SPRINKLERED BUILDING WITH THE ONE
 STORY INCREASE THIS TENANT SPACE COULD BE IN A 3 STORY
 BUILDING. PLEASE NOTE GOOGLE EARTH SHOWS THIS TO BE
 WHAT APPEARS TO BE A 14 STORY HIGH-RISE. TABLE 503 FOR
 14 STORY BUILDING FOR A BUSINESS, R2 OR ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCIES WOULD ALL REQUIRE THIS BUILDING TO BE A
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE IA.
  
 1B) PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY WITH THE
 FLOOD ZONE DELINEATION LINES SHOWN. THE PROPERTY
 APPRAISERS WEB SITE SHOWS THEA5 FLOOD DELINEATION LINE
 CUTTING THROUGH THE BUILDING. THE CITIES FLOOD MAPS
 SHOW THE DELINEATION LINE DEFINITELY ON THE PROPERTY.
 IF THE SURVEY SHOWS ANY OF THE BUILDING BEING LOCATED
 IN THE A5 FLOOD ZONE THEN FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATES
 WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 FBC BUILDING 1612 AND CITY OF WPB CODE OF ORDINANCES
 SECTION 94-546. STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "A" FLOOD
 ZONE. A FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED.
 PLEASE REVIEW CITY ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY REQUIREMENTS
 REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES OF ELEVATION.
  
 DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THERE WILL BE
 REQUIRED (3) DIFFERENT FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATES

 FOR A THRESHOLD BUILDING. THRESHOLD BUILDING / FL S. S.
 553.71(7) ?THRESHOLD BUILDING" MEANING ANY BUILDING
 WHICH IS GREATER THAN (3) STORIES OR 50 FT. IN HEIGHT,
 OR WHICH HAS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS
 DENIED IN THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WHICH EXCEEDS 5,000
 SQ. FT. IN AREA AND AN OCCUPANT CONTENT OF GREATER THAN
 500 PERSONS.
  
 2A) 109.3.6.1 THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN. THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A (WRITTEN/ TYPED) SPECIAL
 INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON A
 THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL INSPECTION
 PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR
 THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THRESHOLD BUILDING. THE PURPOSE
 OF THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN IS TO PROVIDE
 SPECIFIC INSPECTION PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES SO THAT
 THE BUILDING CAN BE ADEQUATELY INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE PERMITTED DOCUMENTS.

 FIRE-SAFETY STANDARDS AS DETERMINED BY THE LOCAL
 AUTHORITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION AND 633
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 2D) FOR THE SPECIAL INSPECTOR PLEASE PROVIDE A RESUME'
 OF INSPECTION EXPERIENCE ON PREVIOUS PROJECT. THE
 RESUME' MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ALL CERTIFICATES AS
 SPECIFIED HEREIN. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR HIS DESIGNEE
 WILL REVIEW THE RESUME'. AFTER THE RESUME' IS REVIEWED,
 AN INTERVIEW WILL BE SCHEDULED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
 WILL AN INSPECTOR BE INTERVIEWED FOR WORK WITHOUT FIRST
 MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA.
  
 2E) THE CONTRACTOR WILL PRODUCE A JOB SUMMARY OR
 HISTORY FOR THIS TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION.
  
 2F) FOR DIGITAL PLANS, AFTER PERMIT ISSUANCE, PLEASE
 E-MAIL THE PERMIT LIBRARIAN OF THE PERMIT BEING ISSUED,
 THE PERMIT LIBRARIAN WILL THEN E-MAIL YOU THE APPROVED
 AND BATCH STAMPED PLANS SO YOU MAY PRINT YOUR PLANS,
 TWO SETS OF PLANS WILL NEED TO BE PRINTED IN COLOR, (1)
 FOR THE THRESHOLD INSPECTOR, THE OTHER FOR THE MEP
 INSPECTORS OTHER PLANS YOU WISH TO PRINT MAYBE IN BLACK
 & WHITE..
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 110.3.7 THRESHOLD
 BUILDINGS, GUIDELINES AND POLICIES FOR PROJECTS
 CONCERNING SPECIAL INSPECTORS.
  
 2G) 110.3.7.4.3 ALL SHORING AND RESHORING PROCEDURES,
 PLANS AND DETAILS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCEMENT
 AGENCY FOR RECORDKEEPING. EACH SHORING AND RESHORING
 INSTALLATION SHALL BE SUPERVISED, INSPECTED AND
 CERTIFIED TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE SHORING
 DOCUMENTS BY THE CONTRACTOR.

 MONTHS, ABANDONMENT OF JOB, NO INSPECTION ACTIVITY.
  
 2I) 109.3.6 THRESHOLD BUILDINGS, OPERATING GUIDELINES
 FOR THRESHOLD INSPECTORS #26. ASSURE THAT THE DESIGNER
 HAS REQUIRED ON THE PLANS OR SPECIFICATIONS ONE
 MATERIAL, APPROVED FOR FIRE STOPPING PENETRATIONS, FOR
 WALLS AND CEILINGS.
 3A) THERE ARE ONLY 2 STRUCTURAL SHEETS, 013_S-1 &
 014_S-2. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO DEMOLITION SHEETS
 SHOWING WHAT STRUCTURAL MEMBERS ARE BEING REMOVED NOR
 HOW WHEN REMOVING THE STRUCTURAL BEAM, HOW TO HANDLE
 THE EXISTING BEAM STEEL, IS IT TO BE CUT, IS IT TO BE
 SAVED FOR THE PROPER LAPS REQUIRED FOR THE BEAM? ACI
 318 2.7 DEVELOPMENT AND SPLICES OF REINFORCING.
  
 3B) THE PLANS ARE SILENT AS TO SHEET 014_S-2 WHERE THE
 NEW NANA WALL SYSTEM IS BEING INSTALLED ARE THE
 EXTERIOR STAIR AND HANDRAIL/ GUARDRAIL SYSTEMS EXISTING
 OR NEW? 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) SHEET 013_S-1 UNDER THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA THE
 PLANS LIST THIS AS AN C EXPOSURE, YOU CAN SHOOT A
 VECTOR OUT TO THE NNE OVER WATER FOR 5,822 FEET BEFORE
 HITTING LAND AND A VECTOR TO THE SSE FOR 6,363 FEET
 OVER WATER UNTIL YOU HIT LAND. THIS QUALIFIES THE
 EXPOSURE TO BE CONSIDERED AN D EXPOSURE. SEE THE 2014
 FBC-B 1609.4.2 EXPOSURE D. EXPOSURE D SHALL APPLY WHERE
 THE GROUND SURFACE ROUGHNESS, AS DEFINED BY SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS D, PREVAILS IN THE UPWIND DIRECTION FOR A
 DISTANCE OF AT LEAST 5,000 FEET (1524 M) OR 20 TIMES
 THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE THE PRESSURES IN VASD SINCE THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE IN VASD. PLEASE NOTE THE
 ADJUSTMENT FACTORS TABLE 1609.7.2 FOR HEIGHT AND
 EXPOSURE. PRESSURES ARE TO BE TAKEN FROM ASCE 7-10
 SINCE THE BUILDING IS ABOVE 60 FEET IN HEIGHT.
