 TO THE GARAGE THAT REQUIRE A COA. THIS PERMIT WILL NOT
 BE APPROVED AS IT STANDS CURRENTLY. THE APPLICANT WILL
 EITHER NEED TO SUBMIT A COA FOR THE PROPOSED WORK, OR
 LEAVE THE WINDOW OPENINGS UNALTERED IN SIZE (AND ALL
 INTACT; THE PLANS REQUIRED THE REMOVAL OF THE NW ONE TO
 INSTALL A METER). ADDITIONALLY, THE GARAGE MUST BE
 MAINTAINED IN APPEARANCE, AND CANNOT BE STUCCO'D OVER
 TO CREATE AN ACCESSORY UNIT. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 APPLICANT SHOULD BE AWARE THAT ALTHOUGH THE SECONDARY
 UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE/OVEN, AND IT IS TECHNICALLY
 PERMITTED, HE WILL NOT BE GRANTED A RENTAL LICENSE FOR
