 BUILDING REVIEW CHECKLIST.
 CODE: FBC 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 1- MISSING PLANS WITH THE PALM BEACH COUNTY STAMP FOR
 IMPACT FEES. PLEASE BRING COPY OF PLANS THAT WERE
 STAMPED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY. COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- REVISE ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED FOR THE GARAGE
 CONVERSION:
 A) OWNER NEEDS TO CERTIFY AT BOTTOM OF FORM AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R103.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION
 (2014). PERMIT CAN NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS.
  
 B) ITEM #5 INDICATES THAT CALCULATIONS ARE NOT DONE FOR
 WORST CASE SCENARIO BUT PAGE 2 OF 4 INDICATES THAT THE
 BUILDING WAS ROTATED 45 DEGREES. ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 NEED TO BE DONE FOR THE ACTUAL ORIENTATION OF THE
 BUILDING. THEY CAN NOT BE ROTATED. REVISE AS REQUIRED.

 (2014).

 C) THE GARAGE FLOOR IS NOT A RAISED FLOOR. SEE PLANS

 D) REVISE WALL INFORMATION ON ITEM #9. ACCORDING TO
 PLANS THE EXISTING STRUCTURE IS CONCRETE BLOCK
 CONSTRUCTION NOT WOOD FRAMED CONSTRUCTION. AND, THE
 OPENINGS LIKE THE EXISTING GARAGE DOOR OPENING IS
 CLOSED WITH WOOD FRAMED CONSTRUCTION. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR THE TWO TYPES OF
 WALLS TO MATCH PLANS. SEC. R103.2 FBC-ENERGY

 E) REVISE "SPACES" IN FORMATION ON PAGE 2 OF 4. UNIT
 CAN NOT HAVE A KITCHEN. SEE ZONING COMMENTS AND REVISED

 F) THE WINDOWS INFORMATION SHOWN ON PAGE 3 OF 4 DOESN'T

 SQUARE FOOTAGE AND OVERHANG DEPTH AND SEPARATION TO
