 IF SPECIFICATION A IS SELECTED AS THE BASIS FOR
 DESIGNING A BATHROOM, ALL BATHROOMS IN THE DWELLING
 UNIT ALSO MUST COMPLY WITH THE A SPECIFICATION. IF
 SPECIFICATION B IS SELECTED, ONLY ONE BATHROOM IN THE
 DWELLING UNIT MUST MEET THOSE REQUIREMENTS: ALL OTHER
 BATHROOMS IN THE DWELLING UNIT MUST BE ON AN ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE, DOORS HAVING A 32-INCH CLEAR OPENING.
 2A) SHEET A3.22 - UNIT B3 - SHOWS A DWELLING UNIT WITH
 2 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS, ONE HAS A TUB THE OTHER A
 SHOWER. THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IS REQUIRED TO
 DESIGNATE TO WHICH DESIGN SPECIFICATION OF THE FAIR
 HOUSING ACT (A OR B) THE UNIT BATHROOMS WERE DESIGNED.

 FPC SEC.606.3. NOTE THIS ON THE PLAN.2ND REQUEST.
 4) SHT. A-3.41 - SHOW THE LENGTH AND WIDTH DIMENSIONS
 OF THE ACCESSIBLE TOILET ROOMS ON DETAILS #3 & #4. 2ND
 REQUEST.
 5)WHEN SUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
